The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the blackout shutters made it easy to sleep despite the early sunrise. The windows provided good sound insulation, so only a little of the neighborhood's atmosphere could be heard. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. We really enjoyed our stay.
The Spanish Quarter is very lively, with narrow streets, heavy traffic, and people gathering outside until late. If you prefer a quiet neighborhood, this may not be the best location, but it is part of the authentic character of Naples. We also would have appreciated receiving the check-in instructions a little earlier, as we only got them after arriving at the entrance, which made us a bit worried at first. After that, however, everything went smoothly.

It’s in heart shape of Naples location very convenient.
The noise from bars/restaurants in street is all night long and nonstop. We are used to noise from NYC but this was more than anything we experienced before.

Bathrooms horrible, with fluctuent hot water, the sink plugged with the washing machine makes water coming up, no minimum necessary stuff such as salt, oil, soap. We won’t come back

The location was fantastic. Very clean. We arrived late at night but no problem getting into the room. The Spanish quarter was vibrant, lots of restaurants. Close to the port for ferries to the Islands.

Enzo was amazing and made a late check-in for us possible as our flight was extremely delayed. Correspondence was always fast as well. Grazie mille, Enzo!
The location was as we had hoped for, right in the middle of the Spanish Quartier and therefore quite noisy at night if you keep the window open.
We loved the view from the fourth floor for a real feel to be in old Napoli. Easily accessible by lift or we often walked up and down.
The apartment was clean, bathroom a bit outdated and in general great for two nights or even longer.
We didn't really cook at all and can't say if something was missing or not. To cancel out the noise at night, just take earplugs for a good night's sleep :)

It's very very central , the owner is very nice and very very helpful , beds are comfortable aircon in rooms , has all amenities except a microwave
Shower is poor , both in terms of heat control and we couldn't switch from low shower head to above shower head and the shower doors are terrible and shower area could use better cleaning
Elevator is very annoying , and the stairs are terribly lite and uneven
While not a appartment issue it describes the area in which it's in "tourists go home" is written on the wall just outside

Great location, with so many restaurants and bars around.
The entrance and communal areas of the property is not the greatest, but this is a historical part of Naples, so is understandable. Just the first impression isn’t the best.
The mattress of the bed needs a replacement. Is so soft that we woke up in the middle of the night to move to another bed(great that there was another 2 single beds available)
Toilet seat is loose, can be dangerous.

House was very clean. It felt nice and homely. I really enjoyed my stay here and loved the washing machine. Great WiFi connection. Apartment is located near a popular shopping strip (Via Toledo). Lots of great restaurants nearby. Metro, taxi rank, and buses all close by. Perfect for a short and long term stay. Great atmosphere. Comfy bed
