The host, Massimiliano, was amazing. He was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage until our train left.
The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had in our 4 1/2 months of travel. Every lodging should use memory foam.

Very clean place with the best hosts! Maria (sorry, I forgot her husband’s name) was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He explained everything around the hotel clearly and made us feel right at home. Wonderful couple—would definitely recommend!”

greeted us on arrival because we would not have found the rooms in the building with 3 different hotels in the same building.
close to train station--walking distance with luggage.
difficult location--on 3rd floor with limited elevator access'
was not a hotel but just rooms mixed with several hotels in the same building

The staff was great and the rooms were in good working condition. The cleanliness and breakfast offered in the morning were nice touches as well.
The direct neighborhood is not good, especially for a family traveling. This is nothing that the host could have changed, I just want to make sure people are aware. This is very similar to other cities near main stations.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Massimiliano and his lovely wife were great hosts, the breakfasts were perfect and the rides they arranged were fairly priced and excellent. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean.

Just a quick walk from the train station, the B&B hosts at this location were fabulous! They took time to talk to us about what we wanted to do and share their recommendations on places to see, where to get the best pizza and paste, and marking where to go on a city map. They were always eager to help when we had questions about the area and how to get places. The room was clean and cozy, offering all we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

excellent access from the station and to the city of naples. a great coffee and delicious pistachio croissant for breakfast (that is all you need) and a delightful host in massimiliano fusco who provided us with advice and information. oh and very comfortable beds!

Massimiliano the host was very helpful and friendly. He met us at the door and arranged transportation for our very early flight the next morning. He made many helpful suggestions for how we should spend our afternoon in Naples. The property is located in easy walking distance from the train station. It is a small boutique hotel located on the third floor of a classic downtown Naples building. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable and an excellent value

Great location, right across from the train station which makes it really easy to travel throughout the city. Most areas are within walking distance, but some are further out. The property has a lift and nicely decorated. Light breakfast is severed to your room. Massimilliamo was waiting for our arrival and very helpful at giving us guidance in maneuvering the city.
Area is a little rough if you don’t mind that. Plenty of security, just dirty and a lot of people hanging out. Little noisy with people outside. Didn’t have any problems though.

Massimiliano and Maria who run this Bed & Breakfast are simply wonderful. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and kind.
The room was quite nice, well equipped and in a wonderful location.
Every morning we could order a type of coffee and croissant and I swear to God it was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in my life.
The end of October/beginning of November was still apparently mosquito season. There was an electric mosquittor zapper in the room. But still, some got through and believe me these things are hungry and noisy! So either don't let them in or get hunting like I did ?. Not sure if I could lay waste to all of them if I were 20 years older.
There was some construction going on in the yard, so it was a bit noisy in the morning.
