Maria and Maximus went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They are detail and took extra care to maintain cleanliness in the Apartment. Our train was delayed and Maximus waited for us. Upon arrival, checked in was done quickly, he briefed us on the surroundings, best pizza restaurant to go, recommend attractions and chatted... Although the surroundings around the train station is rather rough and dirty, the apartment had a secure gate. Rooms were clean and our balcony facing is quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast Crossiant especially the chocolate. There are numerous Kebab eatery nearby. Food are cheap. Very near train station. We rented a car during our stay and there's a garage near the apartment.

Clean and comfortable! Conveniently located close to a train and metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. The communication with Massimiliano was very easy. Massimiliano was very helpful. He helped us book a taxi to the airport and even followed up with us to make sure we got there on time. Thank you!

The room was wonderful and the reception area smelled really good. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
The incessant meowing of the cat that seemed to be trapped in the courtyard. However this had nothing to do with this property.

I definitely recommend staying in the "Napoli city room". 10/10
First of all - brilliant location, close to the main station in Naples, from which you can easily get everywhere.
Whole location and rooms very clean (apartaments are cleaned every day so a big plus for that!). Room equipped with all the necessary things like towels, fridge, air conditioning.
Breakfasts brought to the room every day, at what time you wish.
However, the biggest plus for the host - Massimo. A nice, friendly person who will answer all your questions. Upon arrival, he drew us a map recommending things to visit, recommended the best restaurants, gave tips on how to get to Pompeii in the easiest way which was very helpfull!
It was great spent time in Napoli, we definitely recommend the apartment.

The welcome in City Rooms was perfect. We arrived early, which was not a problem. Left our luggage. The owner explained everything how to reach Pompei easy and suggested some of the better restaurantes to enjoy the best of Napoli. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Our room was perfect. Very clean and directly next to central station of Napoli.

Room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable. Close to station. Host was very friendly, helped us with entrance and train schedule. Breakfast was delivered and delicious.
I could have done a better job of keeping in contact with staff about getting there and entrance. Maybe we could have settled the final entrance details further in advance.

Nicely updated space, so clean, very tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable! Location was ideal for an afternoon/overnight in Naples. Hosts were easy to communicate with, very welcoming and so friendly. They gave us some great suggestions on some of the highlights to see while there in Naples. The location is perfect, right next to the train/metro station and the luggage storage was an awesome perk. Breakfast was served to us in our rooms which was a very nice amenity. I was very pleased with our stay.
Nothing really--the building looks a little rough on the outside but has a few secure doors that you pass through, which was actually very nice and we felt very safe.

The location is very convenient for catching a train at Napoli Centrale. I appreciate the owner. He was there waiting for me when I arrived at 9:30 pm. He helped me with my bag and was patient with me a check-in. The breakfast was a croissant, coffee and a glass of orange drink. It was served in the room, promptly at the time requested.
The room is small. It is a typical train station stop over.

Lovely, helpful staff; clean, spacious room with a balcony; and lovely breakfast. There is a small elevator up to the B&B. The B&B is very close to Naples Central train station, and is very convenient especially for a short stay. The B&B is also well connected by Metro (or by walking) to the Naples historic centre.

Extremely clean and spacious room, communicative and friendly hosts. Spotless bathroom and comfy beds. Probably our best stay while in Italy. Location steps from the train station. Wonderful breakfast is served in room.
The location can be a bit daunting to navigate on foot, but worth it for such close proximity to the train

Hosts were very nice. Room was clean & quiet. Close to train station. Croissant I had for breakfast there was the best I had in Italy.
Surrounding area wasnt the greatest / nicest but cant fault the hosts & we wanted close to train station which this place was.
