Exceptional
Location was perfect. Just next to the station and easy to reach Napoli center. Free parking on the street was also available although we used the paid parking (also cheap). Apartment was clean and nice.
We were very happy that the host allowed us to check in an hour early. As we stayed one night only, it helped us manage our plan better.
AC was not inside the room. But our room was cold in the night. So it was not a problem.

Great cheaper place to stay to see napoli as very close to train station, a little quieter than staying in city centre
Could have done with some salt or cooking oil as we had to buy some we used very little of,

I rented this propery beacuse it was convenient for the site where my son had to take an exam but when I got there I had the pleasant surprise to find a very pleasant looking, well equipped, clean place that was literally opposite the train station and that in 10 minutes I could reach the center of the city and to the station from where I could find easy connections to Pompei and the bus to the airport.
The owner was extremely kind and accomodated my request of an extra bed within minutes. I strongly recemmend this property

Wonderful
The Ground floor location I stay was just across the street from one of the two metro stations in town. The second metro station just few minutes away by walking.
Surrounding area, just walks away, you'll find little produce shops, bakeries, salons, mini markets, pizzeria, and more.
The people overseeing the places are very nice and do there best to ensure you have a comfortable stay and if you have any additional needs.
I enjoy my stay very much.
I was staying here for work with my dog. The place had the essentials I need and quick drive to highway and pet friendly area my dog enjoyed.
Not a big bother. I was here in August and the weather very hot. So, once in a while the sewer smell would be in the air for short while and go away.

The host was very kind and supportive.
The air condition wasn’t working properly, the shower was in the bad condition and liking and when you pull water down the toilet it’s making a very laud noise.

Good location due the fact that a train stop was just across the road and it was close by all needed shopping facilities as well as close to the main pub area and beach :)
The key to the front door ( yard door ) was a bit tricky to fiddle in.
Some bigger water glasses would had been nice but that’s more of a personal taste.
The indoor ventilation ( not the air condition) was quite loud and if you would had been traveling with kids they probability would had been annoyed by the fan.
