The property is hugeeee , the pool was big and very comfortable to stay , the pool staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was just amazing . I will definitely coming back

Very friendly staff and great grounds. Although not the most choice at the restaurant the food was really good.
Would be best if you have a car as we found taxis were needed to and from the public transport to naples.
Unfortunately the hot tub in our room wasn't working during our stay but the manager was very apologetic and made sure we left happy as if was unable to be fixed.

We had a mezzanine room, modern enough. Toiletries, fresh towels daily, mini bar with a few waters and soft drinks. Staff super friendly, nice breakfast, evening meal had nice touches like a welcome Prosecco. Plenty of loungers, good sized pool, pool towels provided.
The closest metro/ train station is closed so you need to walk 15 minutes to get one.

The pool was lovely. The room was big. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent.
We had an ant problem in the room. They even got into the fridge.

The room was nice. Hotel staff were really good and helpful. Pool was amazing.
Pool bar was a rip off. One day was good value but the next day we got half the amount we had the day before. The playground equipment was broken but we could still use most of it.

The swimming pool is nice, and the garden is pretty. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a pizzeria just right outside the hotel. A big supermarket is 5 minutes walk, and transport is okay.
The breakfast is a bit boring, and the food in the restaurant does not reflect the versatile Italian cuisine at all. The room had a good, traditional vibe, but the air conditioner was quite old and did not always work.

Our room was very close to the swimming pool, the food excellent - the food from the restaurant was some of the best I have ever had!
For us both, we would have liked to have been nearer the city and didn’t realise how uphill it was.
