Wonderful
The greeting from Umberto was wonderful. The pool and breakfast were delightful. The room was spacious and the bed was fabulous.
The evening meal was not up to expectations but the staff were exceptional.

Lovely quite luxurious hotel. Probably used a lot for weddings etc in the summer Very large room and bathroom, nice staff decent breakfast and coffee. Real bargin when we stayed

We got the standard room that were in the bushes. The old odor plus the drain olor forced us to get another room that cost $30 more per night - no exemption-. The new room has less odor but all my clothes has that smell. The new room was nice but not the surroundings. On the other hand, we had great breakfast. A variety of options. Capuchino was the best.
Location is not good. 15 to 20 minutes walk under the sun for the train. The hotel offered taxi $20 euros each way. The bus was $1.50 each way. The hotel is old. The outside area has trash such old dirty diapers, underwear, bottles... but its everywhere in Napoli. Very Sad

Comfortable well renovated room, two type of pillows (softer and harder), very polite staff, perfect breakfast, large free parking, good location if you want to stay near the Terme di Agnano and Campi Flegrei.

Good buffet breakfast and nice size room. ( We paid extra for room with hot tub). pool is a good size.
Cleaning staff kept taking robes without replacing. not much atmosphere in evening, no background music or staff at bar. nowhere comfortable to sit inside with a drink. Hotel trying to be 4 star but needs some work, peeling paintwork etc.

We had a room with jacuzzi but unfortunately we had no time to use it. Room was very nice. We didn't make use of the pool infact we didn't see it. Breakfast was very good.
