- Excellent location in Spaccanapoli, just off Piazza del Gesu' Nuovo. Most sites in the city centre are within walking distance.
- Very clean with basic amenities.
- Luggage storage available (at Eur 5 per piece)
- Be careful when booking: the address shown for "Monastero Flat" (Via Santa Chiara, 2) is a couple of doors up from the location of the "One-bedroom loft" (Via Santa Chiara, 10). We were travelling with another family who wanted to book in our same block, and we only found out when we got there that it wasn't our block after all. Also, the photos for "Monastero Flat" don't include any of the loft (you will only see the photos of it once you click on "One-bedroom loft"). This also means that reviews could likely be for one of the Apartments, rather than for the Loft or the Suite.
- The features listed on the Booking.com page include "Garden view" (there's nothing of the sort!) and "Inner courtyard view" (nothing you would want to look at). It also lists "Flat-screen TV" - there wasn't one. Some more accurate and honest descriptions would have been appreciated.

Our stay in this place was absolutely great thanks to the amazing host Carmen! She was so kind and shared a lot of helpful information for the city, including how to get there from airport, best places to eat and to do shopping, and of course where to go to enjoy the night life in Naples! The apartment is in the historical part of the city, close to lovely restorants and shops. Higly recommend it!

brilliant central location, close to everything and easily walkable!! amazing air conditioning, perfect for the hot summers. Carmen is a wonderful host with great suggestions, and was very helpful and responsive when we had issues with the boiler, which was quickly fixed. definitely recommend!!!
no electric kettle, toaster, or microwave, and not many plug sockets, but it was good and manageable anyway

This has to be one of the best apartments in Naples. Superb central location with the most incredible views of Santa Chiara campanile. The flat itself is an absolute haven. Cool, spacious and very well appointed. Carmen is also a super helpful host with recommendations, availability throughout and organising a taxi for the airport.

If you want to be IN the center of the party & nightlife scene- this is the place for you! Non-stop fun, bars, local life & flavors and people. Host was fabulous and so kind and helpful! AC was added bonus and place was very clean.

We loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of old town, lots going on, many restaurants. Despite being in the middle of everything, the apartment was quiet.

This spacious property is in an old historic building and beautifully refurbished. There is a small but very functional kitchen. The location is very good, the host Carmen is very nice and helpful.

Extremely friendly owner/manager, who sent us a driver to pick us up from the airport and we had a very warm welcome, we could drop off our luggage way before the normal check-in time. The apartment is as central as you can get in Naples. Everything is within walking distance and it’s perfect for a couple or a family with kids. Very good value for money and absolutely ideal for discovering Naples and enjoying all the local vibes.
Naples is noisy and if you’re in the centre, you will need a couple of drinks to sleep well :)

With two separate beds the apartment was perfect for two friends travelling together and sharing a flat. It's cosy, well equipped and perfectly located for everything, with a wonderful view over the hill and Monasterio Santa Chiara. Also Carmen our host was very warm and friendly, and quick in arranging transportation and answering our questions. The flat had also some good books on the development of the city, a nice touch and well appreciated! Since it's right in the center of the old city and next to the hustle and bustle of the Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, it might be a good idea to bring ear plugs, if you're a light sleeper. Still, at early hours, it was so silent that you could hear the birds and the cicadas. Beautiful soundscape!
