Very Good
Really close to the airport. Easy check in. Great Wifi. Excellent breakfast. Good shower. Very clean. Bar open until 11pm.
Bed could have been more comfortable. A little noise from neighbouring rooms and planes. More storage space in room would have been better. Better selection of beers in the bar.

It's walking distance, even with luggage, from the Capodichino Airport.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided a handy little bag of personal toiletries.
The breakfast was good.
We booked 3 Economy Double Rooms rooms with skylights. Two of the rooms had windows, and ours had none.

We were supposed to get two beds. We only got one I was with a friend not a boyfriend. We had no clue we were gonna have to sleep in the same bed.!
The hotel was OK. It was the fact that they wouldn’t give us extra pillows to put between us because we were not a couple and just friends and the owner was just rude.

Nothing, this is a 2 star hostel at best. We did not sleep a minute the night because of the loud noises in the road. The car horns and the noise from the road was nothing against the occasional shake in the bedroom. I had to go down and ask if there was an earthquake happening.
Every thing above plus a room filled with flies and a shower that was not draining. We had to shower in a pool basically!
We asked for a refund to go to another hotel at mid night because of the noise as we could not possibly sleep, it was like being on the street. You would thought a 4 star hotel near the airport invests in some sound proof windows!

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it is not easy to walk there, specially if you have a rolling suitcase since most of the street pavement is old and uneven.
The hotel is on a very busy double traffic lane street with no secure crossing nearby.
My room faced that busy street so it was noisy even late at night

Disappointing
The only good thing is the location to the airport. You can walk to it or return the car to it very conveniently.
We were able to park our car on site and the next morning it only took about 5-10 minutes to get to the Avis car rental return. The room is pretty basic but usable.
Not the hotel's fault, but the road in front of the hotel is crazy busy! Cars honking, emergency sirens etc. Nonstop.
Don't expect a good night's sleep unless you can sleep with a lot of road noise.

The restaurant was closed and our room smelled of sewage. There photos are completely different than the place itself.
Other guests were complaining as well about how much it was not like on the on line listing.

Proximity to airport and car rental and secure parking.
Very noisy road next to the property; windows didn’t drown out any noise from vehicles or planes. Hotel very run down and needs lots of work to upgrade.

Wonderful
Easy walking distance from the airport and very accessible (road not at all dodgy). Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel more than met our need (we needed a spot to stay next to the airport for transit purposes). Car rental companies in the lot next to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient! Has an onsite, gated parking for guests. Clean, well kept and a solid buffet breakfast. If you are looking for a convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay next to the airport, it's perfect.

Close to airport. Otherwise nothing.
Terrible room. As seen in picture it looked more like a 1.5 star than 4 star. Wasn't very clean. Noisy fridge so didn't sleep much. Shower was spitting so much water everywhere that I ended up skipping it. Room was all white, no decor, tiny single bed, smelled of smoke, no windows. Probably the saddest looking room i have every stayed in.

In a run down area, the room was very basic, only 1 pillow and could not provide a second one. No one mentioned it was a religious holiday and NOTHING open for food. The staff did offer to order us a takeaway out pizza.
