Clean and nice staff
Location- we walked from train station. Garbage quite noticeable. Street was outdoor bathroom.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple but nice.
Staff were not particularly helpful or nice. Restaurant staff were particularly rude. Very noisy in our room by the lobby.

I had a very spacious, comfortable and clean room, which contained everything I needed.
The ongoing renovation work in the entrance area was presumably necessary, but did not improve the impression of the otherwise very nice hotel.
The location of the hotel is suboptimal for tourists, but not too noisy. Limited choice of food for breakfast compared to other countries.

Very clean and staff were friendly
The hotel lobby area is a bit small and gym was closed for renovations . The area was a bit run down.

The room at night was very light and needs black out curtains. There was no mirror in the room only the bathroom. There were no draws to put your clothes in. The breakfast was very strange. It was laid out as a buffet style but we were unable to help ourselves as the staff did it instead.

Crazy location but the room and service was amazing. We found the best restaurant in Naples around the corner. Best and we visited Naples for over a week.

Very nice hotel, big bed and very comfortable, staff were great and friendly
The only downside is the area it's in looks very rundown and dirty, but the hotel is great and I think it is next to a police station so safety shouldn't be a problem
