Close to the train station, which is good because we chose this as our base, and everyday we travel to another city. There’s water dispenser, coffee machine, and light breakfast/snacks.
The toilet/bathroom has very noisy exhaust fan which turns on when you switch on the light. All the time you are in there, you here the loud noise. Aside from that, you can hear what the next room is doing, the walls are thin.

Location near train station. Big room with air conditioner which helped to survive.
Clogged shower. Really used bedding with stains on pillows which would need replacement. I did not felt safe staying there. The area seems dangerous at night. There was no airport transfer option available which was in place description.

Owner was extremely rude and left me out and did not let me even get to the location. I’ve explained the situation that I was a woman traveling alone and was scared. He didn’t care and had to find another hotel during the night. Was a scary experience not to wish on anyone. Very rude

LOCATION- very accessible to all public transport points
We stayed in the first room near the main door- we heard all the noise of the opening and closing of the main door and noise from the dining area. Kindly contact the host prior to your arrival for instructions. We were buzzing to come in for a long time under the scorching heat without luck. We only managed to get in to the building because someone came out.

Same as in the pictures, very good price, excellent location, 24/7 mini breakfast bar, cleaning every day (if wanted), air conditioning.
Naples is a very dirty city, so there is a lot of trash on the view of the balcony, and the smell is terrible - not the owner’s fault.

The location was okay, public transportation was really close and the room had a good a/c plus a mini refrigerator.
The breakfast can’t really be considered a whole breakfast. It was more snacks since everything was pckaged.

Hotel is literally in front of main train station so everything is easy reachable. Manager was very helpful, and fixed immediately in 10 minutes when AC was not working. Very pleasent stay, we even had a balcony looking on Vesuvio and the city ?

Good location
The owner.. Extremely rude and unapproachable. When i told him that the room we had was not what was advertised he became very angry and resistant. He told us if I don't like it to "don't pay.. Go find somewhere else". Had it have not been 2030 on a Sunday night we would have. The photo of the room We actually got was 94th in the gallery.

Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Ac works very very well, almost too well. Location is amazing for train takers.
The facility stairs are very dirty. The bathroom cups were not cleaned. The furniture is falling apart. The TV has white lines running threw it. You can mirror your phone to TV, but it kicks you off every 20min.

As it is in the city centre, near the train and bus stations, it was quite noisy. The breakfast is not my type of breakfast: too much sweets and not enough bread and healthy things. But this is the case with all the Italian B&B and self help breakfast.
Noise and some problems with the lift to take you 2 floors up!!!
