Pleasant
The location of this B&B in Napoli is truly fantastic — very central and close to everything. You can easily reach the main streets, metro stations, banks, shops, and other amenities within a short walk, which makes exploring the city very convenient.
The owner, Dolly, was very kind and attentive. She genuinely cares about her guests and makes sure they have what they need for a comfortable stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent location and Dolly’s hospitality, but the noise, room size, and breakfast arrangement might be something to consider if you prefer a quieter or more modern setup.
Our room, was quite small and located right by the front entrance. This meant we often heard loud door slams throughout the day and night, as the front door is heavy and needs to be closed firmly.
The room itself felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Additionally, because the property is on a busy street, there’s quite a bit of traffic noise, so we often had to keep the windows closed and rely on the air conditioning.
Breakfast was a bit of a mixed experience. The pastries and coffee were delicious, but they’re served at a café about a 10-minute walk from the property, which can be inconvenient first thing in the morning.

Dolly was a very sweet person and the room was large, clean, and quiet. The location was great.
Communication. Dolly did not speak one word of English--she uses an translator through WhatsApp, which I had to download. I arrived at night and there is no staff on site. She insisted I take Alibus to Porto di Massi and she would meet me. The bus dropped me in an empty parking lot and she wasn't there. WhatsApp wasn't working well. A long 30-minute fiasco with multiple kind people helping before I found her. If you are English-speaking, I advise you meet her at the address--take a taxi or use GoogleMaps from bus stop and prepare to use WhatsApp.

Dolly is an amazing host, she contacted us a day before to confirm if we need parking or something else. It was a very short distance from the port that we could walk there. Dolly provided the map and all information that we were looking for. Moreover, she booked us a taxi to the airport and we got the municipal rate ( € 22).

Location is close to the port. If you take a ferry, it’s a walkable distance but with luggage would be still a little difficult.

Central location close to many cafes and restaurants. Can walk to the waterfront. Tours and places of interest are Al within walking distance.
Could be a bit noisy at times because of its central location. Things quieted down nicely at night.

Great location, close to port, and the historical center, etcetera. Super clean and quiet at night despite being off of a busy location. Host friendly and helpful, in spite of our lack of language comprehension going both ways (Being in Italy, that is more on me for not brushing up on my language skills!). Decent coffee and pastry in the morning, especially on the last day. Decent air conditioning too.

Everything's! Dolly she is absolutly amazing and take care of the visits. She has everything arrange for your stay. In Naples you walk a lot, the location its perfect, you can walk to the Port, downtown etc. I would recommend yo stay.
