it does the job and the room was ok and all was clean. It is a very historic building, 2 föights of steps which seems like 4 which is all romantic
It is super noisy in Naples especially this street via Stella starting in the morning. So keep the windows closed. AC seemed to not work. Breakfast was a stunning room but not a lot to eat

Emanuel was a charming breakfast host and we had some great conversations too. I needed a late check-in and Mario waited for me to arrive, he was friendly and welcoming. My room was very spacious, very clean and the ensuite shower was massive! The hotel is very close to Naples Museo Archaeologico and there are many excellent cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Loved my stay, thank you Mario and Emanuel ?

Great location. Everything is quite close. Ancient and historic building. Culture shock a bit in positive meaning.
Breakfast. Just Italian breakfast options. Unfortunately, not for us. Disturbing noises in the yard.

Location was spot on, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Communication from staff were quick and very friendly. View from the bedroom over the courtyard was gorgeous. Perfect location for an authentic Italian atmosphere.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is very outdated but fits in with how you imagine an old style Italian hotel to be. If you’re after something rustic and old then it’s perfect.
The bathroom needs some work doing to it in terms of new tiles etc, it has a lot of mould build up.
Also could use a kettle not necessarily in the bedroom but in the dining area where you have breakfast so that once your back after a long day you could help yourself. Also would encourage the hotel to have an iron as this would be very handy to.

Breakfast was very disappointed.
Room onto the road which was very noisy at times
A lot of steps to reach the hotel and no elevators, would be a proper struggle with large heavy suitcases
If you come from Cavour station, not the nicest place to be at night time and skis steep hill to climb

The location is great and the building really spectacular, especially if you’re someone who appreciates the historical load of it! I love that everything is very clean! The breakfast room is something that sticks with you forever.. the ceiling is a piece of art!

The location was great as near to centre and 30 mins walk to the port.The room was spacious and comfortable with great Wi-Fi white fluffy towels and clean white sheets.The staff were friendly and helpful.
It was quiet and peaceful as in a cobbled street off main noisy street,with views overlooking beautiful orange trees in the garden.
