A perfect location and beautiful room. The street was noisy but you couldn't hear it at all with the windows closed and the air conditioning was excellent. The restaurant immediately downstairs is top notch.

We stayed in the Claudia suite; Charming apartment. Location was good, close to the Spaccanapoli, 5 minutes walking to Duomo metro stop. Comfortable bed. Almost no street noise despite being in the centre
The wall between this room and the bathroom of the adjacent room in the house is made of paper. You can hear absolutely everything as if it is in your room. We're ok with a bit of sound, but this level was something we didn't expect. Luckily it's limited to a few moments per day but we were woken up by it. If you have a different sleep/shower schedule than your neighbors, bring earplugs.
The shower pressure and temperature fluctuated and seemed to be linked to water usage in the other rooms.

First of all we inadvertently went to the wrong apartment.
What puzzled us was the key we were given for our apartment opened the door to the wrong apartment. Obviously a serious security issue here. There was absolutely no convenience items in the apartment. Not even a cloth in the kitchen area to dry a plate or wipe down the table. Messaged management about this but showed no interest. Dropped something on the bedroom floor and when I got down to pick it up I was disgusted at the dirt under the bed. Not a place for anyone with dust allergies. The morning we checked out there was no electricity and we packed our bags using our phone lights. Told the lady at the door but she showed no interest. The street outside the apartment was dirty and littered but that seemed to be a general problem in Naples.
Overall it was disappointing.

Great location. Easy access and good contact with the agent. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and nice soft pillows, tastefully areanged. Lovely bathrom with a shower bigger than usually in Italian old town houses. TV down and upstairs. Wonderful decorative ceilings.
Plenty of coffee and sugar, salt also available.
Downstairs sitting and kitchenette area a bit too small, but the space is arranged in intelligent way. Could be a bit cleaner - there were stains on the table that were not wiped, dust on the shelves and on the kitchen hood. Also bathroom wasn't clean, hairs in shower and drawers under the handbasin. The kitchenette could be a bit better equipped, this time there was no chopping board nor a decent sharp knife, no hand or dish cloth to wipe, even a small dish drainer would be helpful.

The large bedroom and toilet on the loft space with washing machine. Although located in a busy street, the courtyard area leading to the flats provided some distance from all the noise outside. The generous supply of ground coffee for use with the traditional espresso maker. Close proximity to the railway station. The "lively" historic atmosphere around the place, although not for everyone. The great big wooden beams were a nice feature, although my husband said it felt like being in a casket.
The lift was for residents' use only, which meant we had to lift our luggage up the steep stairs to reach the apartment. The tiny kitchen and dining area on the bottom half of the loft. The steep stairs might be an issue for those with mobility issues. No clothes area for drying clothes.

We loved our stay here, the Claudia room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great, central to the historic area and right on a main street but it was quiet at night for sleeping. Felt very safe and secure and check in was very easy with instructions from Massimo. The decor and balcony made the room very special, we saw the San Gennaro parade from the balcony!
The walk from the train station is fairly quick and we had no problems finding the place.

Amazing historic palace, room was very big with high ceilings with frescoes.
The room is very well insulated from any noise from the street.
Great location in the historic centre of Naples.
There is too much dust in the room. Better cleaning of the room would be recommended.
The bathroom is old and would need to be done up.
The elevator is only for the residents.

We had a lovely stay at Le Sorelle Duomo in the Carolina room. It is centrally located, near the Duomo train stop and a ~15 min walk from the central train station. The apartment is spacious with a huge loft bathroom + adjoining bath, a small kitchen, and a washing machine (for clothing). The A/C was greatly appreciated during the August heat.
Not a negative, but an important note: The apartment is located on the second floor of the building (with no access to the elevator) so be mindful of booking if you have many bags or have accessibility issues.
