The host was lovely to work with -- quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The apartment is close to the train station and lots of quick food places, and it was very clean.
The mattresses were pretty thin, so not the most comfortable, and there was definitely street noise -- it's a busy neighborhood. It was fine for us, but if you're a light sleeper, just a heads up.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The host is incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful, she responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable. The house is extremely clean and well taken care of. We especially loved the balcony, it was a great place to relax. The room was spacious, the bathroom was comfortable, and everything was spotless. The location is perfect, very close to Napoli Centrale station and many useful places. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation and was available on a very short turnaround.
The accommodations are located in a bad neighborhood. One of the staff at a nearby parking garage warned us not to carry our phones out while walking around at night, because thieves would steal the phones out of our hands on our way back to the accommodations.

The location was handy to the train station and within easy walk of Naples sightseeing. Host has prompt communication and is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. She even got me treats for my birthday as well as decorating the property for Easter and providing Easter eggs for everyone. She has lots of helpful recommendations too. The property was clean and has everything you need.

Big room with a big private bathroom. The position in very good, 5min from train station and from the metro. Also, very close to historical center (10 minute walking to piazza San Domenico). The room is clean and comfortable. There is also a balcony so, during the day, there is sunlight in the room.

The outside streets are smelly, dirty , dangerous feeling! However, that seems to be all the streets in the centre area!

Easy location for central station. Valentina was brilliant, so flexible and accommodating with bag dropping. Nice having a table in the room, plenty of space and hot water. Balcony was a nice touch
Area could be a little dodgy at times but we didn't have any big issues.

Location was close to the station (10 minutes) but felt safe.
In November the windows were shut so not noisy.
Valentine always answered the phone promptly to allow us access to the property whe4e we stored our luggage both before check in and after check out.
Better coffee needed!
