Can get noisey at night as close to lots of bars & restaurants. It had a washing machine (very handy when traveling) but no clothes rack or line to put clothes on to dry.

Disappointing
- The location of the flat is great. You are directly in the old part of the city and there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. - The furniture seemed new and it looked nice (even though the walls should be painted soon). - The wifi worked well. - The owner speaks English, therefore the communication is easy. After we complained about the mould, she sent us the cleaning lady who tried to clean it. Even though it's pointless, because it will come back.
- The room had mould and it smelled of mould!! There were also silverfishes in the room, which are a sign of mould. (There seems to be a problem with the windows as they are constantly fogged up.) - The room was cold and the owner did not give us the remote control for the air conditioning, even though we told her that we were cold (the heater that was supposed to work was cold). - If you arrive after 9.30 pm, you are charged 15 euros in cash (it is not mentioned in the advertisement and our delay was due to a delay of the plane). - The flat is noisy and you can hear the neighbours. - The room is tiny and there is hardly any space to move around or use the wardrobe. - The room was not properly cleaned as there were cobwebs and the shower was full of lime stains. There was also an old water bottle in the fridge from guests before.

Very nice place and great location! In the middle of the old town, easy to access all main activities, bars, food places. The place is spacious and perfectly clean. All main amenities were provided.
Hard to find the apartment. There is no clear instructions where apartment it is. Even if we provided our arrival time, nobody met us. Finally when we found front door, we tried to call to the Flo door number but nobody answered. Only when we reached owner via WhatsApp, she explained us to call to another door bell. Also we had some confusions regarding payment. It was not mentioned "pay at the property", and owner texted me via WhatsApp asking to pay via bank transfer in advance. So it was strange and caused us additional time to sort out this part with Booking.

the hostess was very helpful, she explained everything for us and gave us a tips about the place and where to go , the house is new ,it have a washing machine and refrigerator and a conditioner , there is a toilet papers shampoo,shower gel , clean dishes

The working AC was great. how close it was to everything was also great.
The directions to get to the location were pretty vague and the GPS on our phones only got us near the location, it stopped working near the building. Flo Studios isnt well marked, so we had to message our host and have them come outside before we found where the studio was.
towel warmer in bathroom also didnt seem to work, and we would have liked to dry some our clothes here but couldnt.

Very beautiful design, a fully renovated apartment in a traditional building! The location is excellent, right at the heart of the center and the citys nightlife! Also very clean and easy to check in.
The shower was a bit small and the doors need some fixing, but no issues
