Wonderful
A very quiet place in the historical district. Perfect location to explore Naples by foot. Walking distance to many attractions, great cafes and trattorias. Undeground within 10 minutes walking distance which enables to catch ferry/train comfortably.
Room has everything you need for a few day stay. A kettle, towels, a comfortable bed. A huge advantage is silence - sometimes in Italy there is so much noise, Naples is vibrant and very noisy but this place although perfectly located, provided quiet and peaceful place to rest.
Wifi could be better.

Broken toilet seat, shower door hard to keep shut, 2-person apartment was larger than 4-person apartment and should have had the sofa bed to make it a 4-person. The sofa bed was broken - a spring was poking in the back of the person sleeping there.

The contrast of this calm, quiet, beautifully and elegantly designed small apartment in the midst of the busy, energetic and lively atmosphere of the historic town was perfection. The building had the charm of old classical glamour and the apartment had the beauty of modern comfort.
There was nothing not to like about this place.

Excellent location near the Pizza Alley, but thankfully quiet at night, comfortable bed, plenty of drawers, powerful AC, good WiFi, easy communication with the host via WhatsApp, help-on-site by Ms. Giuseppina who doesn't speak much English, but is extremely sweet
The room is clean, functional, bright, but maybe too small if you have checked bags or for larger people. The shower is tight. No elevator, could be a problem for some. The middle door (of 3) takes a magical touch to open. Ask Ms. Giuseppina to demonstrate and make sure you can do it three times before letting her leave.

Location was perfect. It couldnt be better. The bed was comfortable, we used the kitchen as well. The hostess Floriana was very helpful and kind. If i come to Napoli i will definetely stay there and i also recomended to my friend.
Only complaint is about elevator, because of the buildings age there is no elevator in that area so be careful with the heavy load because we had 30 kgs baggage and it was a nightmare.

- very good location! In the old city center, about 20min walk from the train station and the sea.
- We were allowed to check-in early when we arrived and to leave our bags when we checked-out.
- The staff was always smiley and friendly. Unfortunately only one person was speaking English and all messages were sent in Italian, but with Google translate there was no problem!
- Limited number of sockets and one lamp over the bed was not working
- It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for the shampoo, and more than one hangers for the towels. Also the hair dryer had melted plastic parts
- There was no cleaning and no change of towels within 1 week

Great room with kitchenette, close to shops, bar’s & restaurants
Can get noisey at night as close to lots of bars & restaurants. It had a washing machine (very handy when traveling) but no clothes rack or line to put clothes on to dry.

Disappointing
- The location of the flat is great. You are directly in the old part of the city and there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops.
- The furniture seemed new and it looked nice (even though the walls should be painted soon).
- The wifi worked well.
- The owner speaks English, therefore the communication is easy. After we complained about the mould, she sent us the cleaning lady who tried to clean it. Even though it's pointless, because it will come back.
- The room had mould and it smelled of mould!! There were also silverfishes in the room, which are a sign of mould. (There seems to be a problem with the windows as they are constantly fogged up.)
- The room was cold and the owner did not give us the remote control for the air conditioning, even though we told her that we were cold (the heater that was supposed to work was cold).
- If you arrive after 9.30 pm, you are charged 15 euros in cash (it is not mentioned in the advertisement and our delay was due to a delay of the plane).
- The flat is noisy and you can hear the neighbours.
- The room is tiny and there is hardly any space to move around or use the wardrobe.
- The room was not properly cleaned as there were cobwebs and the shower was full of lime stains. There was also an old water bottle in the fridge from guests before.

Very nice place and great location! In the middle of the old town, easy to access all main activities, bars, food places. The place is spacious and perfectly clean. All main amenities were provided.
Hard to find the apartment. There is no clear instructions where apartment it is. Even if we provided our arrival time, nobody met us. Finally when we found front door, we tried to call to the Flo door number but nobody answered. Only when we reached owner via WhatsApp, she explained us to call to another door bell. Also we had some confusions regarding payment. It was not mentioned "pay at the property", and owner texted me via WhatsApp asking to pay via bank transfer in advance. So it was strange and caused us additional time to sort out this part with Booking.
