Very Good
Location a short walk from Naples Centraal Station. Owners very kind leaving us tasty treats. Apartment large and the beds very comfortable in the 2 bedrooms we used. Kitchen had all the utensils, a gas top and a microwave we needed to cook our meals. Also a fridge with a big freezer. A lift as well as stairs and a secure gate to the overall premises locked at night.
The dining room only had 2 comfortable chairs. A large table and 2 sideboard/dressers almost filled the room. If they were replaced with a couch this area would perfect to watch TV or relax after a busy day sightseeing. The sun gave warmth through the glass doors onto a balcony.

An excellent appointment. It's a very big apartment with lots of space. A huge main bedroom with 1 extra large double bed, a single bed and another bed that folds out of a cabinet. A lovely dining room, another double bed in the second bedroom, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Great location for the train station and metro which are a 2-3 minute walk away.

The location is unbeatable in terms of convenience near the train station as we did a lot of train trips. Antonio was helpful with instructions and tips on how to get to different destinations.
There is a lack of modern kitchen conveniences which would be useful, e.g. a microwave, bowls, electric kettle, etc. Also, the toilet is one of those old ones which can't take toilet paper well. We were able to manage around everything, but it would just have been helpful to have these conveniences.

Disappointing
The apartment was clean, comfortable and within close distance to the Metro. The hosts were very gracious and helpful, despite not speaking good English. Also, the price was cheap. I could only find other accommodations for 50% more and even 100% more in hotels.
There is a reason why it is cheap, it is in a terrible location regarding filth and waste. Almost no Italians in the streets after a time, despite this being very near the Metro. The closest neighborhood worth visiting is near the University, where it is also very filthy, albeit with a lot of nightlife.
What was also unbearable was the mold smell in the apartment. We obviously tried to ventilate the rooms, but even so we had to sleep with that awful smell. I am surprised we haven't read anything regarding this. If we had we would gladly pay 50% extra for different accommodation.

I really liked this apartment with old fashioned design. It is huge, well located and hosts are super nice! I would definitely come again!
I really recommend the apartment, it is better than pictures. But keep in mind it is not new-new. It has its own charm and character.
Hosts met us after 21.00 and were super kind to check us out a bit later too.
We liked a lot.

A wonderful, spacious (no, huge!) apartment in a historic palace building. Beautifully furnished with period furnishings and artworks, superb location - just a few minutes flat walk to Napoli Centrale Railway Station. Excellent, obliging host. Very well priced for the facilities and location
