It's very far from the train station, and the metro was not running when I arrived even though it was supposed to be! It had been raining a lot in recent weeks before I arrived, and the wood plank outdoor walkway was moldy or mildewed, so I slipped, fell, and hurt my arm! Just another Italian owner who does not pay attention, care about details, or care about the customers!

The staff was super nice and the place looks great, with welcoming vibes and is nicely decorated. I specially liked the fact that there are MANY toilets per floor, so there were never a line when I was there. Big lockers, good bed and spacious rooms. Also the breakfast was pretty good and had a variety of options to choose from. The location is good, very close to the metro and about 20 min walking from the city center. I recommend and would stay there again.
In a large hostel like this it's hard to keep toilets 100% clean, so sometimes the floors were wet and there were clogged sinks. But all in all it wasn't a big issue, I could always choose another toilet.

Fairly large room, free padlock for in room locker, decent free breakfast, free 24 hr luggage storage, close to metro station, a separate location for smoking, nice courtyard, adequate size kitchen, free wi-fi without interruption, helpful staff, liquid soap in the bathrooms, shower/toilet in good shape, 24 hr staffed front desk, a working elevator.
Cups/mugs/bowls are mostly stored in the bar area

This is a REAL hostel, with a bar, common rooms, helpful staff, colourful bathrooms and atmosphere. I really liked it.
The surrounding might make one feel a bit anxious, but don't worry, it's Naples.

One of the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Amazing staff, happy people, great community and many common areas. Breakfast included and dinner if you buy a drink for €5. Fantastic time. They even had a guitar!

Big rooms, good location nearby the subway and the bus stop, good breakfast, the guys at the reception were nice and helpful
I stayed several nights and I could't rest because some people were noisy and disrespectful, the rules of the hostel should include a not noise and respect after 10 pm as i've seen it in other hostels across europe, also I'd be great if they use that big space in their backyard to have some hammocks or something to relax outside
