Wonderful
The host was incredibly helpful and gave us tons of advice. The room is lovely, comfortable, and the house has a fully furnished kitchen. We had a great stay!
You need to pay 0,05€ to go in the elevator, but the host provides some coins to it!

Very Good
It was perfect location to see the stadium although apart from this the location does not have much to offer. The apartment it self was clean and done the job, had an amazing view from balcony which was the best part. Shared kitchen area which had everything needed for a short stay. Was given a voucher to use at a local cafe for breakfast which was appreciated but not much information on spend available etc and coffee shop was very confused when handing the voucher over. Would recommend having delivered to room and using the balcony area to enjoy.
Bed was not very comfortable, check-in time was not flexible we was lucky to have family already living in Naples to check in for us and collect keys before our flight landed at 22:15

Very clean room in a very good position. Good value for money. Alessandra is a very warm, helpful and cheerful person who covered all our needs!
She gave us directions for a nearby parking garage and how to get around the city. She even made a reservation in a restaurant for us! A big thank you Alessandra!
The mattress could be a bit better.

The place was well located for a conference at the University of Naples - Frederico II. Supermarket and bus/train stations could also be easily reached.

The place is absolutely near to the soccer stadium so it was comfortable to come back after the soccer play. Moreover, the host family was really kind with warm welcome. Grazie! :)

Rooms were both sparkly clean! That has to be said.
Common room connecting two flats. Extremely small bedroom in expense to the absolutely not needed common room. The mere fact, that's an classic r'b&b, not a hotel. 7th floor in a small elevator, which has to be paid every time it's used. One blanket for 2 persons. However no sheets for even one of the blanket, even when asked for blanket with sheets (provided without sheets). Enormous bathroom, but the actual bathing are in too small for 6'plus man. Stange smell in both rooms, when not venting constantly. Unbearable neighborhood - dirty, lousy and noisy, not to mention hardly to be felt secure. Car parking impossible from security reasons. Only way how to park in garage is giving up keys to your car!!! Breakfast NOT included, you just get some vouchers for one croissant and one coffee to next block's caffe (which is disaster from tidy-up perspective) - went there once only.
The host were fine, rooms clean.
We have even shorten our stay from 4 to 3 nights, which we paid and moved over. Despite 2 hours drive and one lost night from money perspective, well worth it.

the host was so wonderful and nice and helped us so much and took care of our car.
Don't worry, when you have to give up your car keys and leave your car at the garage. It's fine, you'll get everything back the next day or when you leave. It's all protected in that garage.
The room was very nice and there was even a kitchen. The view was very nice,too.
When you arrive ask the doorman for the host, they will help you.
