The B&B was in a great location, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Italy, and the innkeeper, Sam, was beyond nice and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable and made our stay in Naples one to remember.
I have nothing bad to stay about this property; it exceeded our expectations.

I loved the personal touch by the nice staff which this place provides as well as the drop dead gorgeous room with beautiful painting above the bed. Location was also quite good since it was in the back of a huge mansion in a side street. Breakfast is really nice and again, you are well taken care off. Staff is super friendly and they speak perfect English and can give you all the good locations to visit in Napoli. Hygiene is excellent and basically everything else is just great., I felt really sad to leave after 6 nights since it really felt comfortable and homely to stay. I would have stayed longer if I could.
There;s a few small things but it doesn't really affect my score. The only thing that bothered me a little was the fact that the temperature of the shower was really really hot. and it;s difficult to set it. From the moment it finally reaches the right temperature it goes down to cold within 10 seconds or so and then back to hot. They should fix it,...
One other very small thing; Italy is nothing but sweets everywhere (and they are great!) but as a breakfast it would be better, in my opinion, to also have some hearty, savoury options such as ham, cheese, boiled eggs and toast because the whole breakfast is basically just sugar. Having said that the cake, croissants and other things are delicious. But it would be better to combine it with savoury components.
Desk could be bigger. Difficult to work if you have a laptop (at least in my room)

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very polite, kind, and helpful. The accommodation fully met our expectations based on the photos.
The location is excellent—almost everything is within walking distance. There are great breakfast spots, cafés, excellent restaurants, and a local market in the surrounding streets.
We can highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Fabulous accommodation on the main thoroughfare of Naples . Do not be put off by the front door , as behind it lies a beautiful bed and breakfast. Sam the receptionist who checked us in couldn’t be more helpful with organising breakfast early before we left , local restaurants to eat , places to visit and organising a taxi to the airport. Recommend this place highly, great value for the centre of Naples .

The location was fantastic for everything, Spanish Quarters and historic center on either side. The BnB has several rooms and a small breakfast room, it is serviced at certain hours during the day. The building has been an old palazzo,so it has that antique feel all around, also entering the building through the "door" in the ancient door, walking through the old stone courtyard to the building stairs. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, also in the building, although it has several keys and an old door, all atmospheric, don't panic with keys, they will work! My room was lovely with chandeliers, I liked the decor, it fit well with Napoli. Shower was great, clean, staff were really really lovely.
I did fiddle with the keys but without panic they worked! Breakfast is Italian, so to be expected, sweet croissants, yoghurt, fruit, cereal. Coffee excellent of course. Ear plugs for morning and traffic at night, it is Naples and boisterous! The old stone stairs to the BnB are very wide. 40 steps, with pauses it was completely manageable.

The staff were absolutely wonderful -- so generous and kind. They stayed during their lunch break to check me in and were always very solicitous. The room was also pretty big by European sizes. The location is very central.
My room was RIGHT off reception, which startled me a bit. It wasn't completely clean my first day. Breakfast is not great -- there are some croissants, cookies, and yogurt. I was surprised by all the amazing reviews, because while this was fine, it wasn't that great. I would've liked some hard boiled eggs or other healthier options.

I liked the reception of the staff, the refreshments, and the interior design of the rooms.
It was not possible to leave the luggage for a longer time. This limited us and made us shorten our tour of the area.

Accommodation was really good, nice welcome from the staff (special thanks to Sam for all advises and good french language).
Very good breakfast. Situation is exceptionnal (historical center and Spagnola area). Metro Line 1 really close by.
Only 1 negative point to notice : access is a bit tricky. Second floor without elevator, not easy when having luggages, but not impossible.
I would advise to indicate better B&B entry at the main door on the street.
