Location was absolutely spot on: right in the centre but still quiet of an evening. Despite being a stones throw from the market, I never struggled to sleep all week. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff helpful and friendly

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location in the center of the old town was great. There were plenty of nice places to eat, all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. The staff really made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.
I have no complaints. My experience here was a very pleasant one.

Quiet, beautiful refuge in the bustling streets of Naples historic center. The room was very clean, which we loved. The air-conditioning was a dream in the sweltering Naples summertime. We were so cool, we used the duvet in the closet, which was wonderfully soft.
One of the best parts was the property manager who was at our beck and call for every question and concern. We were so comfortable for our one night stay (to catch a plane at 6AM) that we ended up asking him for delivery options as we ayes to stay in. He was quick to reply. We so appreciated him!

Both the cab and the airport service had a hard time finding the It’s Rooms Naples location. So we had to roll our bags up and down a steep cobblestone hill. Quite a feat in summer heat and busy streets. That’s more the taxis fault than it is the property. Perhaps others won’t have this problem!

Taxis and Ubers can not come to the front of the building. They must do pick up a block or two away which is not convenient when arriving or departing with luggage and not at all great at 4:00am

I initially refused to get out of our transport van as the hotel is in a neighborhood that was Filthy & Scary. While the accommodations were fine, I would regretfully not recommend it to anyone. In addition, what we saw of Naples was horrific. So sorry.
The area and Naples that we saw were awful. Dirty,dirty!!

The location is great for those who want to be in the mix of historical center. Vibrant, active, and busy street life right around the corner. Loved the proximity to the various underground aqueducts/tours, shopping, food, tourist shops, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were good size. We liked the mini bar had complimentary items and good coffee. Communication with Francesco was excellent and prompt.
Had a little trouble with the wifi connection in certain parts of the room but Francesco was attentive and worked to resolve quickly.

This is a beautiful property! I highly recommend a stay here. I arrived late and even though the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, Francesco was waiting for me. The entire place was lovely with fun artwork. My room had everything I needed. Thy even left free snacks and drinks in the minibar! The location, in the historic center, was close to restaurants, shopping and the port. This was the last stay in 2 months of travel..I stayed in many nice hotels and B&Bs. This was the best! If you can get a room here, do it!
