We had mixed feelings about our experience at the accommodation. The location is fantastic; very central, right next to a metro station, which made it easy to get around. The amenities were decent and the space was kept clean, so no issues there.
However, the setup of the rooms left us disappointed. All rooms are part of a larger apartment, and the walls are not soundproofed at all. We could hear noise from other rooms and common areas, which made it hard to relax. We couldn’t sleep past 9am any days of our stay due to talking, walking and even vacuuming going on right outside our door. Privacy was also an issue, as we frequently encountered the owner sitting at a desk just outside our door in the mornings. It wasn’t what we expected and the setup of the apartment should be stated clearly in the description.

Really enjoyed the accommodation—spacious, quiet, clean, and in a very convenient location, right next to the Archaeological Museum and just across the road from the Centro Storico. Roberto, the host, was very friendly and recommended a fantastic restaurant, which turned out to be a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located and is within walking distance of a lot of attractions/points of interest. Lots of dining options nearby, a small grocery for basic stuff is also close. The room was a tad on the cozy side but it is the center of town. We opted for the one double bed and one single bed. Desk in the room, small refrigerator, pretty equipped bathroom. There is a shared kitchen where you can use plates, cups, etc.
Be sure to buy a few sweets from the nearby Pasticceria Di Costanzo!
Building elevator functioned well but extremely small (by US standards of course). Could only do 1 person and 2 suitcases at a time...and you needed a key (which the owners provided) to make it work (or .20 for each trip). Not a deal breaker, just a minor inconvenience and certainly not anything the owners can rectify.

Roberto was fantastic with communication before check in. He send detailed explanations of how to check in remotely and was very easy to contact him for any questions. The accommodation itself is great. Clean and felt safe to stay as a solo traveller.

Staffs: Wonderful hospitality.
Room/Facilities: The private fridge installed in a room is very useful (especially in the summer season!)

Location was great, close to both metro line 1 and 2, which can take you directly to the train station, Pompeii... Also a walkable distance to the busy part of the city.
Cristiano gave us a warm welcome and had been super attentive and helpful during our trip. He’s always responsive and friendly. ;)

Our room was exactly as pictured, super good value for the price. Cristiano and Roberto were super kind and accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage for an hour or so while we ran and got breakfast after check-out. Location was very close to the metro station and good spots for neopolitan pizza and breakfast. We felt safe in the room.

Cristiano's plaice is conveniently located near the bus stop, metro, train station, and Archaeological Museum.
In the room, we got a little fridge, which was really handy.

Its hard to know where to begin as there was so much to like! our hosts above all, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful: they helped us with everything and immediately too! it was a convenient location 100 yds from the metro, 150 yds Archeological Museum, 30 mins walk east to the main station and 20 mins walk south to the historic centre. The large block the rooms are in, on the third floor, are very secure. There is a small lift and marble stairs. It is wonderful to have a fridge in each room plus another in the kitchen area and these are kept supplied with milk and yogurts plus there are baskets of pre- packed bakery products,teas and cakes plus coffee pods for the coffee machines. The bathroom and shower is ideal and everything works perfectly and is super clean. The owners clean the entire place daily. We visited at the start of November and were grateful for the heating as there was sometimes rain. We would love to stay there again! we can't thank Christiano and Roberto enough.
There was very little to find fault with. If the communal area could have motion sensitive lighting that would be more relaxing when sitting in this space as the timer turns off after 3-4 minutes. The council need to clean up the park in front of the building as it doesn't match the standard of this accomodation which is unfair for the owners as their place is kept at such a high standard.
