Very central location. Room was a good size and very clean.
This hotel is in fact an appartment in a tenement building overlooking the central square next to the railway station. It is extremely difficult to find and the only signage is an A4 sized sign on the footpath. Once we located it all went well but we drove around Piazza Garabaldi for ages trying to find it.

Location next to train station and metro good. Breakfast included served in communal kitchen dining area lovely. Coffee tea available any time. A small establishment that had everything I needed.. Service was great and recommendations for eating and sightseeing good.
Signage not great. Hotel on one floor of an apartment building. Signage on outer door of apt building only. Perhaps more information in the instructions.

Hotel was just beside the train station,which is a great plus.
Room was super clean & large.
The lady was very nice.
Only sad part is that AC was not working,and we had to open the windows and there was a lot of noise outside. So no good sleep for our 2 days stay :(
Hope they repair the AC asap :)

Hosts are really friendly and welcoming, lovely rooms with a large window and balcony looking over central Naples.
We had to stay in a different room the first night but we only booked 20 mins before our stay so its understandable.

Its a pleasant oasis in a very busy area of town. The early check in time was awesome considering that I only needed it for a few hours before my flight. The host was super friendly. Location has a fantastic selection of restaurants. There were many thoughtful details in the room

The host was truly very kind. The place is Clean and fresh. Location is all walking distance but it is next to the train station, so not so nice atmosphere but it was actually safe.

Location was good and just metres away from the station. Room was spotless clean and host very friendly.
The rooms are pretty dated with lack of isolation so you can hear noise coming from outside. Bed was also uncomfortable and no directions from the host prior to arrival. Ares is very rough but this has nothing to do with the property itself. I would rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere else next time.

Not a very nice area. Close to the train station which was great .. Ok for a short overnight stay

Ideal location for 2 mins walk or less from where Alibus drops you from airport by the station. Ideal location for our onward journey to Capri the next day. Snacks in room on arrival. Good range of breakfast snacks and drinks too.
We arrived late and were a bit confused where the B&B actually was and there was no one on site to welcome us. A quick call to the owner resolved this and we then quickly found it (on the fourth floor) along with our room. Possibly a bit noisy for some but its a hotel right in the middle of town so what do you expect! Anyway through the night it was quiet and only got noisy in the morning as the city woke up.
