Very Good
Located near lots of shops and restaurants, yet it was pretty quiet. Spacious apartment that was perfect for the 4 of us.
Walking over from the train station at night felt a little uncomfortable, even though it was only 10-15 minutes. But once we got to the street by the apartment, it felt better.

Excellent location, nicely decorated, had everything that could be needed. Easy communication with the owner.
The apartment was overall clean; sheets, towels, kitchen, and bathroom were totally good, but the floor had not been cleaned properly, especially in the corners and behind furniture, there were crumbs and dust. We also found some crumbs and sugar on the table upon arrival. The showers would benefit from a deep cleaning with bleach.

So clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The location was ideal, and the street at night with the lights was magical! Host response was excellent.
Guests in the smaller bedroom heard some noise from neighbors, but this wasn’t something the host could control.

Nice apartment! Spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. We also loved to sit on the balconies and enjoy the nightlife. Well located and close to many restaurants and great desserts! We had a wonderful stay.

Amidst the lively energy of classic Naples can be found Il Rifugio Di Flo, a well thought out and wonderfully styled apartment. It's an easy walk from the central railway station and a few steps up to this roomy apartment that is extremely neat and well presented. After a day of perusing the wide array of local food outlets and numerous near by cultural experiences, the comfort and ambience of the apartment provides a quiet and well equipped place to rejuvenate for the nights' activities or enjoy a local home delivered pizza. The spacious rooms and bathrooms are complimented by wonderful hot showers and extremely comfortable beds. The security and privacy of the apartment opens out to two lovely verandahs that look out to the street and gather morning sun. A welcoming stay, highly recommended by my whole family.

Nice communication with the host, recommendations where to eat and what to see. Very clean place. Sight seeing objects easy to reach.
As the place in the old town it is some noise from the street.

The apartment was just fabulous, with all the conforts we needed as available. Location was also perfect, as 10 minutes walking to the railway station and very close to great sights seeing. We could meet the lovely host as arranged for collecting the keys. Truly recommended for a stay in the amazing Napoli ?

Super location, spacious and comfortable apartment.
The host does not speak English, she sent a girl to meet us and in general the communication was quite complicated. When paying for the stay, we did not receive any documentation that we had paid, even though we asked. The floor had not been cleaned for a long time - after 5 minutes of walking barefoot, my feet turned black with dirt. On the day of our departure, no one contacted us to explain what time we had to vacate the apartment, and at 10.15 the next guests literally rushed in, threw their luggage and settled down before we had vacated the apartment, then the hostess came who behaved extremely inadequate.Which makes me think it wasn't cleaned after our visit either. A pity for the nice location and the comfortable apartment.

Everything was great. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms had all we needed. Location was excellent - right in the centre and just 10mins walk from the train station.
