Wonderful
Perfect location.
Very quiet place, with minimarket right nearby.
Comfy beds, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, big screen TV.
Cleaning service.
Easy access to the first floor.
5 minutes walk to Dante metro station, 10 minutes walk to Pizzeria Starita, 15 minutes walk to Montesanto station.
Limited direct sunlight.

The hostess was really great and helpful with everything we needed
The hot water is the shower had a problem, it kept getting form scorching to really cold so you couldn't take a shower and that was the only problem we really had with the room

We liked that it’s close to everything in the center of Naples. Our room was comfortably large and it got cleaned every day. The host gave us recommendation about restaurants, etc. and she was flexible about the check in and check out.
The shower was broken and sometimes there was no warm water, and if there was, we had to wait 45 minutes until the water warms up which was really uncomfortable.

Well located! Right across the street is a 24h parking for 35€ per night.
Apartment not very cozy, doors were squeaking so loud that you cannot close/open doors while others are sleeping. Warm water wouldnt work one evening, but was running warm again the next morning.

It was in a central plaza of napoli, 10 minutes walking from the main attractions and really close to the subway.
The cleaning staff was really efficient and there was coffee water and other stuff available for the guests
On booking it is marked as a “breakfast included” place, but after covid they removed it, but we found out only when we were there that there was no breakfast.
Maybe they should change it on the website.
The door is a little bit loud and from the room you can listen everyone who gets in and out

Excellent location close to the center near the Dante metro station, everything was easily accessible. There was daily cleaning, everything was clean. There was coffee, water and tea in the common room. There are also a kettle and tea in the apartment. Food packages, milk and soft drinks were also prepared in the apartment.
A very nice staff, we were provided very useful a lot if information about good restaurants and bakeries.
He organized too our airport transfer very well. Overall we spent fabulous days in Naples.
The hot water came from the tap quite a long time. The air conditioner did not heat enough (there was cold enough on our first day). The lock of the balcony's door was broken, but it was fixed quickly. The washing machine could not be used, it was only a decoration (it was not among the services on the booking), although it would have been nice to use it if it had already been there. These are just small things that are worth considering for further development.

It was clean
This was not in a great neighborhood. When we got to the gate nobody answered for a long time like at least 10 minutes. It felt very uncomfortable being in that neighborhood outside the gate with nobody to answer. We gave the host very clear information of what time we would arrive and nobody answered. There are stairs and no one to help us with the bags. We never saw an employee. The place was clean but Spartan. Also there is a note if you dare to use the kitchen you pay another €20. The patio table was very dirty. This is not an attractive place at all.
