Location ! About a 15min walk to the central station and you are also right by the street with a bunch of good food options/stores. We walked everywhere. Lively neighborhood, but never felt unsafe . Hotel is charming if you like historical buildings. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely too . We loved our stay.
Everything was great , but if you love traveling with lots of bags or hate stairs this might now be a good option for you. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs .

Excellent location just off a square in Naples. The owners are really welcoming and polite. The breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.
It is only cash which wouldn't have been a problem but being from the UK we had to get it out of a cash point. Maybe a shampoo bottle would be better than sachets.

Its a great room, in a little square right in the centre of the historical old town.
Everything was comfortable and clean, Luigi was friendly and ready to meet us when we arrived.
After more than five hours walking around Pompeii the stairs were a little daunting, but at least we knew about them in advance!

Thank you Luigi and family for making our visit to Napoli so enjoyable. Il Miracolo was the perfect property for being located in the heart of Centro, everything is happening there. The apartment is located in a small quite piazza right next to the Duomo. Even though the streets were crazy with visitors to the city it was always quite in the piazza and apartment. I have attached a photo of the back of the Duomo taken from our bedroom window. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a nice size bathroom. Every morning we had a good breakfast provided by our host Luigi, who always gave us great recommends were to visit and eat. We were there at Christmas time so everywhere was crowded, but it was nice to return to Il Miracolo as it was peaceful there and we were able to relax. We also felt very safe outside in the piazza and inside the property. If you want to be in a great location in Centro, I would highly recommend staying with Luigi at Il Miracolo.
We loved everything, so zero complaints. However, something to consider, we are in our mid 70"s, healthy and fit, and had no problems, but there are 73 steps up to the apartment, on the third floor.

We stayed here for a few days to see the sights of Naples and Pompeii. The location is very convenient and is within walking distance of museums, churches, the ferry port, the train station etc. The host was very communicative and gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment. He also provided lots of restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was amazing!
It's on the top floor so be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs since there isn't a lift. We didn't mind, but someone with mobility problems might have issues.

First of all, such an excellent and unique location; breakfast at the terrace where you can almost touch el duomo is unforgettable; Luigi and his family very nice and attentive; I would stay at this place again when (if) back in Napoli.

Breakfast very simple, sweet things for Breakfast. When I ask the owner, he provide cheese and ham, which very big thank you.
When advertise, no mention B & B on 3rd high floor and have to carry language as it's pretty hard

I felt secure and comfortable, the rooftop patio breakfast was a great experience and the quality of the food and coffee excellent, and it was a real bonus to have that human contact, Luigi and the staff were so helpful, giving advice and tips and even arranging taxi to the airport. I will be back for sure.
Just the three flights of stairs but it was worth it!

Perfect location and a comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. Even though it’s in the heart of the historical centre, it was very quiet and safe. It was nice to open the balcony door to overlook the cathedral. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and we looked forward to this every day. Luigi was very helpful and gave us good restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful and comfortable room with great location and lovely, delicious breakfast (local croissant, jam, moka coffee / tea, yoghurt, sliced fruit). Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service occurred daily.

Being in a quiet place right in the heart of the old town, round the corner from the Cathedral. Having a trattoria with homely and delicious cooking just across the little square. And best of all is the roof terrace (a surprising rarity in Naples) right next to the dome of the cathedral and with views of Vesuvius.
The breakfasts on the roof terrace were delicious with fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. Served on pretty painted china from the Amalfi coast.
We were given excellent directions for how to get in late at night.
This lovely B+B is not for the infirm - there is a staircase with more than 70 steps but no lift. However it's worth it for the roof terrace.
Along with much of central Naples this is in the flight path with surprisingly frequent planes.
