Room is fine per ibis style standard. We didn't expect much but we did find it quite comfortable. The location is near the central station, walkable to historic area. We were lucky to get the room before check-in time. So we were happy that our stuff is in the room.
The road and alley to the hotel is quite bumpy with stone paving. It's quite challenging dragging luggage to the hotel.

Quick walk to train station
Called the hotel and was told they offered an airport shuttle. Their website also advertises airport shuttle as included amenity. This was false. They said they could call a can or we could walk up to the train station to catch a bus.

The room was very good, the bed was excellent and the pillow fantastic. The hotel was very generous offering tea and coffee for free at the lobby. The patio is beautiful and spacious

This hotel was everything I needed for one nights stay for an early flight the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helped me get a taxi to the airport in the morning. It is very close to the train station which has shops and food !
Only thing that was a little odd to me was the raised shower but it did the job!

Our room was quite small and very dirty with little bugs flying all over the room. The air conditioning is turned off from 10PM-8AM every day, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Location is okay, near the train station, but hold your breath walking around there. It smells awful!

It was clean
Dangerous slippery tiny shower. No AC at the end of April. Neighborhood is dark, dangerous and filthy. Totally the opposite of the Ibis hotel we stayed in in Amsterdam. Pics are from our “patio balcony on one window. The trains were running all day and much of the night, right outside our room.

This hotel was perfect for our one-night stay in Naples. The location is excellent—very close to the central station, bus stops, and the shuttle stop for the airport. It’s also within walking distance from many of the city’s main attractions, which made it really convenient for sightseeing.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean, comfortable, and just right for a short visit.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a great variety of options to choose from.
The staff at reception were very polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. A great choice if you're looking for a practical and well-located place to stay in Naples!

The location and very friendly and helpful staff… especially Daniela on the reception with her assistant Daniele made our stay very comfortable!
A bit too old; renovation is required. The building was too shaky due every passing train, which made us afraid in the beginning, you get used to it soon.
