Fantastic location, beautiful room, amazing view. Antonella was so welcoming and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit, orienting us to the area. The included breakfast was in a cafe just round the corner- lovely pastry and coffee.
There wasnt any glades for drinking, although there was bottled water in the fridge which was replenished every day.

From start to finish everything was outstanding. The host went out of her way to assist me, an older lone traveller, with numerous elements of my stay - luggage storage, local eateries, transport etc. The location is hard to beat - with fabulous views to the Castel Nuovo and beyond. The Teatro San Carlo, Piazza del Plebiscito and Galleria Umberto are just metres away, while the Port of Naples (Beverello) is an easy 5 minute walk, as is access to the Metro (Piazza del Municipio) from which you can reach the central train station and other important parts of this wonderful city. The premises and rooms are exceptionally clean and modern, with complimentary water provided in the fridge.

The room was very clean and in an excellent location. The room we stayed in had a balcony with a view of the castle, the sea and Vesuvius. The rooms were in a secure, well-maintained building and the owner was very helpful and informative. The room had a beautiful, fairly new bathroom and a fridge. The bed, and particularly the pillows, were very comfortable. Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe located in an historic glazed galleria.

Host was extremely helpful with travel and touring information as well as arranging a taxi. Room was clean and very bright with a view of the castle from the balcony. Excellent accommodation and I would stay there again.

Clean room in an old restored building with iron on request. Building experience was good. They organized one free breakfast at a cafe nearby.
Value for money could have been better. Common area could have been better organized to allow other guests to meet, offer other living services such as daily breakfast and clothes washing machine etc. since we were not the only ones renting one room, there were others in the other rooms but no space to meet them except the corridor. No 24h reception service. Check in no later than 5:30pm which could be a problem if coming in late from another city or train gets delayed. Had to coordinate and rush back to collect our luggage before siesta. As it is an old building, we needed to keep the three keys with us whenever we left the property, no front desk/ reception to hold it for us.

Great location, close to every main attraction in the town. The room is very comfortable and it was very quiet, even staying in a crowded street. We were received by Antonella, who was very kind and careful. She gave us great information in the check in and kept in touch during the 4 days we spent there.

the location was excellent and there was a great view from the balcony. the room was very clean and spacious. the property manager Antonella was amazing! she was so helpful and friendly and really made our stay in Naples fantastic!

Fantastic location and view from the balcony. The owner was fantastic and provided water bottles when we arrived. She was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for a brilliant stay:)
