It is very close to train station and very convenient. Breakfast choice and quality is good for price. There is bending machine at lobby area to buy water and beer.
Not a lot of complain about the hotel. Facility is kind of old because it is old building.

The staff is amazing, so informative, accommodating, professional and friendly. The food in the resultant is exceptional, a great variety of choices and competitive with any of the surrounding restaurants in the area. I cannot say more, our time spent there was a pleasure.

The location is great -so close to train Station. Area itself not great on the other hand when you step inside the facility is good.room was good size,clean and v.modern in its look.

I like the first approach of the staff they were so friendly even though I had a long day with a long flight but the first impression changed a little bit the mood.
I didn't like the cleaning of the room It was not cleaned. I felt disgusting when I found a bunch of hair not one not two someone that had the stay there cut it and left it until the linens after i slept I wanted to organize the place I found it that so sucks plus the shower room when u shower the water is coming out ect...

Overall ok. Friendly staff. Very good location. You have the chance to experience the real Naples in the area.
The breakfast could have been more diverse. I find the breakfast average-ish compared to other hotels.
We had to pay for luggage storage after the check-out, which I find quite odd (never seen this), but since this was mentioned during the booking process, I cannot complain.

How close it was to the main train station and airport. They also called a taxi for you to go to the airport and it was only €21 one of the cheapest way to get to the airport. I like how clean the lobby and rooms are.
Having to walk through a stretchy street to get to the hotel. And as a solo female traveler it made me feel on edge. The restaurant wasn’t open late and the breakfast offered was limited.
