Very Poor
It all started when we arrived around noon. Our room wasn’t ready, so they charged us €5 per piece of luggage to store our bags. We also had to leave the hotel and walk to another place to store them.
The room itself was very small and old. There was barely one meter of space between the bed and the wall, which made it difficult to move around.
They also provided only one small bottle of shampoo, so if you’re planning to stay there, I recommend bringing your own.
Lastly, the area felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, with many homeless people and drunk people around.
We had booked three nights, but in the end, we stayed for only two hours and left. Surprisingly, no one even asked why we were checking out after just two hours.
Also, note that the check-out time is 10:00 AM, and if you want to stay until 12:00 PM, you have to pay an additional fee.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying there.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety of selections to choose from. Location was good, right next to Garibaldi Central Station in a quiet area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Gennaro, who was full of humor and sincerity.
Check out could be a little later, 1030am to 11am perhaps and I feel that there should not be a charge to leave luggage at the hotel while sightseeing for the afternoon. I have never experienced that before.

Pleasant
Ideal situation near to the train station and to explore Naples. The room was basic but adequate for our needs with a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially accommodating our early arrival. The breakfast was good and we ate in the restaurant which was also good but the menu could be a little limiting if staying longer.
All in all, a pleasant stay.

It was very convenient to the central station, just one block off piazza garibaldi. It contained a good restaurant where an excellent breakfast was served. There are other good restaurants just across the street. The entire staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff were very helpful and cheerful.
The room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had an awkward design. The shower easily flooded and there was no bidet. The furnishings in the room were cheap and old. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel, but then, I really didn’t pay for a 4 star hotel, so no complaints. When you leave the hotel you can only go in one direction, because every other direction is filth and squalor.

Hotel is 2 blocks away from Naples Central Station. Convenient for us who was taking train but the surrounding is not nice.
The restaurant pizza and pasta were phenomenal! Cheap and delicious!

Manager ie very angery person, doesn't speak english, horrible customer service, air condition blows warm air, room was very small and not really clean. Skip this place.

Breakfast included was very good.
The Hotel restaurant was delicious and very good prices as well.
Hotel is super close to the Napoli Central Station if you are coming from Rome or going on a day trip to somewhere else.
The staff was very helpful and friendly overall except a waiter called Ferdinando. He was always rude when we were trying to communicate with him. The other ones were great though.
Hotel says is. 4 star Hotel but it is more like a 3 stars.

The hotel services, including cleaning, staff, and the complimentary breakfast, met my expectations. As a solo traveler, I found the location very convenient, as the hotel was just a few blocks from the Plaza Garibaldi train station. This allowed me to easily connect to various trains and catch a ferry to visit the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Positano. The Plaza Garibaldi train station also featured a shopping mall with beautiful clothing and a wide variety of food options to suit different tastes.
The small safety box does not fit my computer.

Great location to the train station about a six minute walk at the most. Great breakfast selection with amazing pastries, eggs, and fruit. Short taxi ride to and from Naples International Airport. Many shops and dining options within a two to five minute walk outside the hotel near the train station and around the corner.
It is unsafe to wear jewelry in this area. As we walked near the hotel about 4 minutes away a man grabbed my wives necklaces on her neck and cut here neck badly but did not get the necklaces and I had to fight him off and he ran liked a coward away! Lots of crime in this area, be careful and do not wear a necklace!

Unfortunately, our experience with the reception team was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming upon our arrival, and their attitude was not very friendly. When we requested an item we needed, we were asked to come downstairs to collect it ourselves instead of having it delivered to the room, which was inconvenient.
On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the hotel’s location was perfect and very convenient. If the reception service improved, this hotel would offer a much better overall experience.
