Loved the swimming pool. Bar service at pooldeck variable. Room lovely. Not great selection at breakfast. But staff in general were very helpful

Good location train station a 2 minute walk from the hotel and it’s about 3 stops from centre of Naples. Lovely roof top pool. Friendly staff.
The rooms we stayed in all had balconies that looked straight into a residential apartment block!!

The staff was helpful and the property was modern but this is definitely does not meet requirements for a five star hotel. The breakfast was vey basic. Location was good as it was close to the conference but they charged double because of the conference. Not a good value for money.
There were stairs between the reception desk and the lift. The room facilities were basic. The room was small. The breakfast. The room service was not good. They did not put tissues (Kleenex) or toilet rolls. And the cleaning was very basic.

A wonderful hotel.The staff were always helpful lots of advice on places to visit.The rooftop bar and pool was a beautiful relaxing area.We loved our stay and trip to Napels.

We had a fantastic stay at LHP Napoli Palace & SPA. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The room was modern, clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a great bed that made for a really restful sleep. Housekeeping kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay.
Great continental breakfast, delicious pastries and lovely coffee.
We were especially grateful for the staff at Napoli Palace & Spa for accommodating us on the day of our arrival and allowing us to check in to our room much earlier than standard check-in times.
The rooftop bar and pool was another highlight of our stay. It would be great if the pool opening hours could be extended particularly during the summer months.
Special thanks to Alfredo, Marianna, Gaspare and Rita for their excellent customer service.
We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooftop pool and bar, breakfast, and our room were all great. Marco at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and Gaspare was a fantasic bartender on the rooftop. Highly reccommend this hotel.
