Exceptional
It is a beautiful, elegant and clean hotel with very courteous and attentive staff. They even saved a necklace that my wife forgot in the room for us to pick up later in the day. The breakfast was excellent. Parking facilities are available on site although, you have to submit your key to the front desk while it is parked; which is unusual. The area is safe and we parked our car there with no issues.

The staff were super nice and the breakfast was perfect!
The noise on the street below was incredible, and that's not something the hotel can control. The drapes in our room wouldn't close all the way, so the noise and light were intense at night.

The hotel was a long train ride from the centre of Naples it took us anout 1 hour 1/4. There were tube strikes on 2 days hence we needed to take taxis.

Great pizzaria beside hotel. Nice supermarket across the road. Access to central Naples by train, a minutes walk from Hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Very reasonable price. Thank you!

Helpful Staff: The staff is very helpful, they demonstrate excellent service and a willingness to assist guests, partially offsetting some of the other shortcomings. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast is excellent, a standout feature of the stay and a positive start to the day.
WiFi Connectivity: The WiFi is unreliable, which could be a dealbreaker for business travelers or guests relying on stable internet. Outdated Room and Furniture: Despite ongoing renovations, the rooms still feel old and worn out. Room Size: The room is too small to accommodate more than two people comfortably. Guests in larger groups face difficulties with space, especially for luggage. Insufficient Amenities: The room was inadequately equipped for four guests, offering only two paper cups, which suggests a lack of preparation for larger groups. Sofa Bed Comfort: The sofa bed provided as an additional sleeping option was very uncomfortable, negatively impacting the stay.

Very good location of the hotel, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, we felt safe. The hotel is 50 meters from the train station, opposite the hotel there is a large grocery store. I recommend it to all tourists and travelers.

The staff in reception very good especially Mr.Fabio. Good location near to Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, because we attended the football match.
The internet is very bad in the room, I can say no internet at all. The car parking 10 Euros per day

Great location right beside the train station, very easy access to Naples City centre, Lots of restaurants and cafe's within five to ten minutes walk. Super friendly and helpful staff.
A restaurant on the premises would be a plus for those evenings it rained or for late arrivals.
