Location is superb, breakfast is very good, owner and staff are very attentive and responsive, they have public space that you can use for heating up your take away food. Also they provide snacks cookies and drinks also
The table is rather small and only have 1 chair in the room so bit difficult to use as writing table.

This hotel has charm and is very cozy. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and is located on a very popular pedestrian only street. The staff were gracious and helpful. Not only was a delicious breakfast offered daily but they also have 24 hour snacks and drinks available.even though vehicles are not allowed on Toledo Street you can get a taxi close by and the Metro station is right down the street.
The very old and large door to get access to the property closes at 8 but you are given all the keys you need to get inside. There is a small elevator to get you to the 2 nd floor. I didn’t mind all this because it is all part of staying in a boutique hotel with charm.

Such a charming hotel in a great location! The staff was so helpful with getting a taxi to the airport arranged and recommending some places to eat dinner. The breakfast was also exceptional-will definitely return!

The location was good, right in the center. The room was clean. The lady at the reception helped us order a taxi back to the airport.
P.S. There was a cute dog at the reception desk.
This property is advertised as a four-star hotel, but in reality it feels more like a basic bed and breakfast. The entrance is poorly maintained and does not give a professional impression. There is no proper reception area, and front desk service is very limited.
The building is old and uncomfortable, with a tiny, outdated lift and a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout. Guests must manage four different keys just to access facilities, which is inconvenient.
Breakfast is limited to just two hours (8–10am) and offers very few options. The rooms are small and lack comfort, and the amenities do not match the price.
Overall, this is not a four-star experience. The quality, comfort, and service fall below expectations, and the value for money is poor. If you expect a standard hotel experience, this is not the place.

Looked better in pictures. Very hard to find. even the street vendors standing just outside the hotel did not know where it was. The taxis cannot drop you to the front of hotel as it’s pedestrian-only street. You need to be dropped off a little farther away and then walk with your bags to the hotel.
The elevator is very tiny. Different hotels occupy different floors of the same building. The room itself was very clean, but the building itself was a little shabby and old.

Porters carried luggage. Very helpful in making dinner arrangements and arranging taxis. AC works fantastic. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Lots of breakfast choices. Lots of extras for snacks during the day

The hosts were so friendly to my husband, my two teenage daughters, and me. The place was cleaned and the decorations were beautiful. It is in the perfect location. The hostess gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and arranged a ride for us to the airport. The breakfast and overall service was next level. Thank you, NapoliMia!

This was a very cute hotel on the second floor of a building. Fortunately, it had an elevator. The location was perfect, located on the pedestrian Via Toledo and right outside the metro Line 1. Super convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with unlimited coffee and they even had a snack/relaxation area that we used after a long day of sightseeing. Rooms were very clean with just enough space for the two of us.

The common areas beautiful & breakfast great. Location walkable to restaurants & all the action of the Spanish Quarter, very electric. Rooms were quite quiet for the location.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were staying in a family members house not a hotel. The breakfast was very good as well .There are good restaurants, pastry shops and fast food within minutes of the hotel.
Naples is loud, dirty, noisy city but full of life and very exciting. The Napoli Mia is right in the middle of it. There was non-stop activity, noise and partying outside my second story window until 2 in the morning. I was a there over a holiday weekend but I think this is the norm. The hotel is on the second floor of an older building. You enter a courtyard from the streets and take a tiny elevator to the second floor. The rooms could you some updating. My biggest complaint was lack of a shelf in the small shower. Tough to maneuver with soap and shampoo on the floor.
