Disappointing
The staff was very cordial
The rooms were small, the bathroom as well. A family member was assigned a room were there was no toilet seat.

Pleasant
The location is TOP. On walking distance to most sights in old city. The room was big enough, with comfortable bed. Also they gave me a room with a balcony, which was very lovely. Also breakfast was good.
Had very unpleasant experience with all the stuff. Almost all of them did not hear about SMILE. They were trying to be short and sort of rude.
And the most upsetting fact that happened to me was that I left my jacket at the terrace during my breakfast right on the 1st day of my stay. Next day everyone was swearing they have not seen it. And that they don’t have a camera on terrace. And they were suggesting me to report to the police instead of having camera everywhere in the hotel. Obviously someone from the stuff took the shirt. Hardly a guest would do it. It was very unpleasant so see their careless behavior. And no-one even said they are sorry. I was warned that I should be attentive in the streets of Naples. But I did not know I won’t be safe in the hotel too.
Educate your stuff to be more polite to guests. I travel a lot, have been to 27 countries and over 40 cities. Your hotel stuff was probably one of the worst and spoiled my overall impression from your hotel and my stay.

Room met my needs. Very happy that I was not charged for the declared taking of a bottle of water from the mini bar, that was very welcomed. The safe in the room was an added bonus.
The room was very warm although I turned down the air conditioning, it went backup. Although not majorly important, I did not expect to see cracks around the toilet tiles and also cracks along the shower tray. Not a negative effect on me, but a bit more maintenance would have enhanced the rooms presentation.

The air conditioning was not working in the whole building and the reception guys didn’t tell me the truth from the first time but they said go to your room and we’ll switch on for you and they didn’t do

Bathroom was big. Location is perfect
Very small room, the view to the wall.
Breakfast very poor for 4 star hotel. I would give max 3 starts to this hotel. For Napoli the cost is really high.

Location is great. Facilities overall ok.
The room was clean ok but quite simple, it was noisy from something that couldn't be turned off (it persisted even after heating and fridge were off). Cleaning ladies kept undoing changes I made in the room (eg soft pillows out of the bed).
Breakfast of medium quality.
4 stars (and the price) is a bit too much for what's offered. Probably the hotel has seen better glory.
