Location, familiy room, breakfast, parking was available upon request at a convenient price compared to nearby garages, but we might have been lucky as there are only a few spaces available. Parking with a large car would be difficult due to its layout.
The electric commands of the shutters take some time to figure out, someone could accompany guests to the room to explain. Only 2 of the 4 bedside sockets were working. However they fixed right away the one we asked to fix. One shower was quite small, the other one was in the bath.

The property was very clean, the beds were super comfortable- overall a pleasant stay.
Most of the staff was not very friendly, the older guy with the night shift was great and super polite though.

Location
Make sure to get a room that is not road facing. Weekend starting Friday is mayhem till 4am with noise levels that will keep you awake and unrested. Also the AC does not work in December but our room was actually stuffy and hot. The front desk says switch off the heater and open the windows which cools the room post 2am but the room was unbearably hot and sunny for the rest of the time and we had the noise to deal with. Also we were on the 4th floor and just across the road the students of a school had a clear view into the room. And wifi problems - for the first 2 days of our stay we could not access wifi and this issue only got resolved on the 3rd day. All in all, definitely not an experience to be repeated!

Reception guy was absolutely very helpful. We loved the location too which was very tranquil and close to all bars, restaurants and cafes. Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Naples

Location good, near metro stations and 3 stops from main train station. 2 minute walk into the main streets of Chiaia. Felt safe area. I had a single room, small but all I needed for a weekend.
