Great location, easy walk to the promenade and only 15-20mins from the airport
How this is a 4-star hotel, I will never know. It’s extremely dated, there’s no coffee / tea making facilities in the room and when we asked for an iron, we had to use a meeting room (and we were given a steam iron with no water in it). We only breakfast on one occasion (prior to the half marathon) which we felt was incredibly basic and for 12.50€, incredibly expensive for what you get.

Location. Breakfast was good.
Toilet wasn't clean enough. I checked in on Monday they changed the towels and sheets at Friday. We booked two rooms non of them had Tea and coffee making facilities.
Sound insulation was poor, I could hear people talking from other rooms, during the evening, also a could hear traffic during the day.

Loved my time here, came twice (once with a friend & once solo!). In particular, Alessio, Federica & Martina were always attentive, friendly & helpful whenever I had queries.
If ever I come to Naples, I’ll always stay here.
Cannot think of anything that I disliked.
