The staff tried to be helpful when the toilet didn’t work
The room was very old as well there was black mold. The halls and rooms on the second floor smelled of smoke. I had to change rooms twice first for the bathroom condition (black mold) and then the toilet.

Very close to central train station for train and Metro links.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room had strong smell of smoke and bathroom smelt of the drains. Kept window open when out in Naples to freshen up and then after getting back and closing couldn’t warm the room up at all as A/C was hopeless.

A good choice for the train station area. The street area iit is in a bit less trashy than Napoli Cetrale.overall. My room was mostly quiet. If offered at a competitive price, would stay again.
This was a last-minute booking after one of those e check-in places messed up my reservation. There is value to having staff on site at a rental.
The good outweighed the dislikes.

The bathroom needs to be fixed the shower head did not work and there is to much noise from the street as the windows do not close properly

Very good central position, staff at the reception was good.
It is a very old hotel. It needs a refurbishment, lights in the room were lamping, toilet not cleaned properly. A couple of small shampoo bags barely good for one person, imagine for two people. We had to buy our own....
