Very Poor
The 7 flights of stairs gave us a good work out
A/C drips water when turned on, loud noise when the water tank refills after flushing the toilet, breakfast isn’t the same as advertised…and be really really specific on your questions and answers.

Nice people and attentive communication. Unfortunately, our family had 2 rooms for 1 night. Neither room had hot water for the morning showers to catch a 6am flight.

The receptionist was great, very helpfull. Generally all good.
Balcony would need a shade, you cannot sit in the hot sun. Hot water was sometimes running out.

Clean and safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money if on a budget. Good airconditioner, lovely balcony, comfortable bed, nice bar fridge. Close to train stations and a few restaurants. I had no complaints and can recommend it.

Antonio did help us with taxi service and was very much appreciated and tried to helpful with plans.
It was not free breakfast included as advertised. There was not 24 hour front desk as advertised. Room was not close to transportation. The room was on the 7th floor with a very small lift for 1 person with luggage or 2 people. The room had enough room for beds and that is it. And there was no balcony as advertised.
