The hotel is situated in a very lively area that we quickly came to figure out and enjoy. It’s attractively decorated, and the breakfast was excellent. We leaned on the guys at the front desk for advice on how to get around, and they were friendly and helpful.

Charming property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, very clean, excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated, and so close to public transportation. The staff was amazing, it was so nice to chat with the helpful men at the desk every day, and I loved that the hotel was always staffed. So many places to eat and drink nearby, I felt like a local staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — very authentic and full of local charm, which made our experience in Naples even more special.
The mattresses were very comfortable, and we had a really good night’s sleep. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night!
We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Naples.
It’s worth noting that the parking is located a short walk from the hotel, but it didn’t cause us any inconvenience at all.

Wonderful
If you are looking for accommodation in the Quartieri Spagnoli, you probably want an authentic Neapolitan atmosphere, which you can enjoy perfectly by staying in this hotel. Here you feel like you are in the very centre, in the madly beating heart of the city. Countless attractions are within easy walking distance, there are even more shops, and it is also great from public transport's aspect.
I fell in love with the room almost immediately; it is well-equipped, comfortable, and the furniture gives it a special atmosphere. I always found it perfectly clean, too.
The receptionists are all very kind, or I should say friendly, hospitable, and we were able to communicate well in English.
Of course, a place like this can't be quiet; but the noise (Volare, oh-oh, cantare, oh-oh-oh-oh, and even the buzz of scooters) considerably dies down around midnight, so I slept well every night.
Overall, I have a very good opinion of this hotel, and recommend it to anyone who wants to truly experience the wonderful Neapolitan lifestyle ("Non sono italiana, sono Napoletana... é un' altra cosa!" as Sophia Loren had put it).

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops surrounding. Lovely, thoughtful hotel with character and historic charm. Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful management and staff. Well equipped, clean, comfortable rooms. This is an excellent base for travellers to return to after exploring Napoli (ie: looking for comfort, convenience, friendly, personal service and a well equipped room).

Perfectly situated. A haven in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. This is a part of the city we wanted to stay in so do your homework if gritty realism isn’t your thing.
Breakfast was very good. Staff very patient and helpful. Two streets down is the major shopping street for Neapolitans, Via Toledo.
Metro Toledo nearby takes you everywhere.
20 minute walk to Centro Historico which is more touristy and even more crowded.
Only had outlets beside one side of bed. Both sides would have been nice.
Everything else was fine.
