Located right in the middle of everything. This is an older hotel, but the location and accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. 24/7 Staff were very friendly and helpful with travel and dining recommendations.
Nothing, older building with great charm. Will have street noise, they provide earplugs.

We had a room with a terrace. At night after we finished touring, we would enjoy a bottle of wine and relax from the busy-ness from the city without feeling apart from it. There is a front desk attendant at all hours who is friendly, knowledgeable, and speaks excellent English. The breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are dark and quiet when you want them to be. The location is in the middle of everything but relaxed. We stayed 2 nights at the start of our trip. We loved it so much, we canceled the place we booked the night so we can spend our last night in Naples here. We took a taxi to the airport, which they arranged, and it took only 10 minutes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
We asked for a cab to train station our last morning. Cab arrived on time. The cab driver came inside and I said to him are you our cab driver taking us to train station. He said, yes. We got in cab and I heard him tell my son sitting in front seat that there was a minimum. He wad talking about fare since it was such a short ride. We had bags and did not want to drag them over cobblestone streets. The driver started driving we knew station was not far as we had walked by it several times. It felt like we were driving in circles and before we knew it we were heading for the highway and we were like wait where are you going??? We are suppose to go to train station. He said airport. I looked at his meter and it said 63 Euros. We were no where close to airport. He was trying to run his meter up. It was suppose to be an 8-10 min ride to station. We had to run to catch our train. It was very stressful. We had not been inside the station before. The cab driver said oh they told me airport. I told him train station and he told my son there was a minimum for short distance. So I knew he knew where he was suppose to go. Felt very taken advantage of.

It is a lovely hotel in a very central area of Naples. From outside it is unassuming building but once you are inside you are surrounded by antique objects: furniture, lamps, historic objects. It is an old building (I wish I learned more about the history of the place), tall ceilings, huge French windows etc. Really nice. Not grand but nice, lovely. People who work there are very friendly, go out of the way to answer your question, call taxi etc., etc. Breakfast was good, cheeses and cold cuts all fresh. They kept breakfast room open so people can get coffee with baked goods at any time. Breakfast room was full of fun objects to look at. We had the best food near by in small restaurants that run by families. Simple dishes but so good. I am very pleased with my stay.

This was a surprise last minute booking. Turned out to be a great experience. Super location in the Spanish Quarter, 24 hour desk staff who are friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable beds and bedding and pillows, awesome bathroom, and a good breakfast with much to choose from. Will definitely stay here again and recommend if you love this dynamic part of town!

The hotel is situated in a very lively area that we quickly came to figure out and enjoy. It’s attractively decorated, and the breakfast was excellent. We leaned on the guys at the front desk for advice on how to get around, and they were friendly and helpful.

Charming property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, very clean, excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated, and so close to public transportation. The staff was amazing, it was so nice to chat with the helpful men at the desk every day, and I loved that the hotel was always staffed. So many places to eat and drink nearby, I felt like a local staying here.

Perfectly situated. A haven in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. This is a part of the city we wanted to stay in so do your homework if gritty realism isn’t your thing.
Breakfast was very good. Staff very patient and helpful. Two streets down is the major shopping street for Neapolitans, Via Toledo.
Metro Toledo nearby takes you everywhere.
20 minute walk to Centro Historico which is more touristy and even more crowded.
Only had outlets beside one side of bed. Both sides would have been nice.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel in Naples. Even though our visit was short, everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel stands out in terms of location, comfort, and overall quality.
The staff were truly exceptional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made our short stay very pleasant and memorable.
Because of this great experience, I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Naples with my wife this October.
