1.) The concierges' assistance with my questions and transport issues. (Special thanks to Nello!)
2.) The location in the heart of the ancient Spanish quarter, the most atmospheric part of Naples.
3.) The glazing and shutters were perfectly effective at shutting out the street noise.

room was great, air con good and essential. The hotel was quirky very in keeping with the area, location perfect. To be fair the breakfast was good too
Staff, initial greeting was not the best. the gentleman on reception was pleasant but insisted we dig out our passports as it was part of the law after i offered to send photos on WhatsApp, i don't know if this is right or wrong but every stay (3 others) a forwarded photo was fine. It wasn't the best.
the main point was the gentleman serving breakfast, I've travelled a lot and honestly the most surly rude person I've ever interacted with. This was two days running.
Finally i don't know if its a booking.com thing but i filter on parking as i was on a fly drive holiday more and more and its not just this accommodation they say they offer parking but isa either 'street parking available' or a 'public garage' it feels a little dishonest that the hotels say they have parking but they don't

We had a lovely garden terrace on 4th floor. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was too hot and sunny to take advantage of it.
Near many restaurants.
Older very small hotel with limited space to sit if you didn’t want to be in your room. One small couch located in reception area was all that we saw.
Located on narrow busy street. Watch out for motorcycles.

Absolutely superb. Hotel staff, service, breakfast, rooms, location. I really could not have picked a better place in Naples. Will certainly be recommending it to everyone I know who will be visiting Naples either for city break or as a base for Amalfi Coast

Booked last minute as I’d missed the ferry to ischia and it was late. It’s in the Spanish quarter and you can’t get a taxi right up to the hotel but it’s walkable and I found it ok with Google maps.
The room was nice. Very old and lots of original character. It’s a former convent. Balcony very small and looked over the narrow street below. Breakfast was nice. Good choices of everything.

Wonderful location in the Spanish quarter and a lovely small quirky hotel. Breakfast and coffee during the day were great. We really valued the warm reception staff!
