Employees are wonderful and they went beyond expectations in explaining us everything about the hotel and city. Also, complex of hotel seems decently private with inner garden and car parking spot. Neighborhood is a bit far from city but it seemed like authentic local place so we got to feel the real rhythm of the city and life there (not changed for touristic needs).
Room we got was not shown on booking page, so we were a bit surprised when we got there since we got something that we did not expect. Door in our toilet was close to impossible to close and light did not work properly (constant flashing)

Wonderful
The staff was, in one word, fantastic. They really helped with everything such as which bus and metro to take to get to the old center and to Pompeii and Herculanium and the National archaeological museum. I wanted to stay for 7 days but the hotel was full, I could only book for 4 days. After the 4 days they tried to find me another hotel, which they succeeded in a nearby hotel. As for the room: the room was very clean and I appreciated that you can make your own coffee or tea. The mattress was very good and the bathroom is OK too. Thank you very much for all your efforts. Fantastic! Strongly recommended.

The bedroom was in very bad shape
The bedhead almost fell on us in the middle of the night.
Everything was dusty, rust in the shower The paint is fading on all the walls
They renovated only one bedroom in the hotel and they took picture of the new room to display on booking, needless to say that nothing corresponded between what we paid for and what we had

The room was charming, with beautiful vintage tiles. I appreciate the distinctly local character. The bed and linens were comfortable, cleaning was done well and often. The window can be opened all the way and has black out roll up blinds on it, so you can air it out during the night. The staff is very nice and helpful
It can be quite loud unfortunately, you can hear other guests through the walls and door, in detail

The staff here where exceptionally kind and helpful and the pizza resturant next door is still the best pizza we have had on our entire trip.
The bathroom was very small, not very clean and we only later found out that it is not a very safe area to stay and all the shops were closed due to holidays. Staying here is quite a commute to the center of the city and that was a mission because busses are incredibly unreliable in Napoli

Gentleman at reception was polite and helpful. Convenient location for the airport. Parking free, covered and on site. Room as described. Good shower and toiletries. Various restaurants nearby.
Safety deposit box too small for 13" laptop.

The room was great for what we needed. We were spending one night in Napoli before our flight the next morning. The room was perfect, nice bathroom, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Great price. If you want a little more, go with their sister hotel just 100 meters away Hotel Palazzo Argenta (same owner).
Didn't have a mini fridge, or ice machine for in room drinks. Small hotel so no bar to sit at.

The staff were super helpful in getting us a taxi at 3:30 to make it to our 6:30am flight! The room was very clean as well.
On our first night the power went out so it was pretty hot without the AC, and on our last night it didnt seem like the AC was working very well as it was really hot in the room! You also have to have the keys in the room/be inside to have the AC on. The drain in the bathroom and the hallway sort of smelled like sewage as well. I think if we come back to Naples well stay closer to the city center or the airport just to make it easier since it was about a 15-20 min drive with traffic from the airport. The area we were in didnt have a lot of restaurants that we were interested in that were within walking distance (besides the one right next door, it was great!), and a lot of the shops we went into spoke 0 English! Will need to brush up on our Italian for next time for sure.
