1- hostel is in central area 10 min walk only to bus and train station 2- Mr Alfred is nice man he makes my trip to Napoli more than amazing give me tips where and how to move 3- clean place 4- nice common area where you can meet another travelers 5- good breakfast
Only thing I don't like the man in night shift was not kind with Me when I use the kitchen maybe because language barrier he don't speak English but at morning he was good so my overall experience is more than amazing At the end special thanks for Mr Alfred for help and nice hospitality

It was close to station and stores and restaurants.

The gentlemen at the reception were nice and very helpful. The location is convenient, although the area feels a bit sketchy. The communication regarding check-in information was great and easy to follow. The facility, especially the kitchen, was kept clean at all times. The female staff working in the kitchen were also kind and lovely, and they did a great job keeping the kitchen spotless. The breakfast was simple but very good considering the price of the stay. They allow late check-in and also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out at no extra charge.
The room (5-person dorm) felt a bit stuffy at times. The rooms are cleaned between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and guests are asked to leave during that time. I was out then, so it wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be inconvenient for those who want to rest during those hours.

It could have been better if the kitchen can be opened up like 1 PM. As 2.30 PM a bit too late to start cooking for lunch.

The property was so clean and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly
It’s not a place to feel comfortable. There are VERY strict rules and the kitchen and your own bedroom is closed for half of the day meaning you cannot use either of them.

Nice place to stay in the middle of the city. Traveling to visit Capri, Pompeii, and Sorrento was easy because of the closeness to the train station, and the port is a bus ride away. The bathroom is for a dorm and not common among dorms, which I liked a lot. Also, it's spacious. Friendly team and provided guidance to sightseeing.
There are disturbances at night from outside such as vehicles and garbage trucks, etc. Please make sure to have ear plugs.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and while it as a hostel breakfast it was one of the better breakfasts in a hostel that I’ve experienced.
The only thing I would comment on is the lockers (at least in the room I was in) didn’t have any way to actually lock them.

location is good
Breakfast wasn’t great, and some of the staff were a bit rude when speaking. I arrived early to leave my bag and scan my passport, and when I wanted to take a short 5-minute rest on the lobby couch, they kicked me out because I wasn’t checked in yet. Almost everything you need comes with an extra charge.
