There was no breakfast.
There was no outside signage for H Rooms. The Guesthouse seems to be only on the second floor of a former hotel called the Ansonia. I arrived at night at the Metro station. (There was a taxi strike in Naples so I called for instructions on how to get to the hotel. A man answered and told me what Metro to take and where to get off. I called again when I arrived at the station and after several tries to follow his walking instructions, I insisted he stay on the line and guide me by my telling him what business or restaurant I was passing. It was raining and I could not see street signs. When I arrived at the tall wooden doors which were closed, he told me to push one open and then to go to the 2nd floor and find my room key on the desk. I only then realized that the man who was giving me the instructions was not on site.
I found my room which was brightly painted and small with only a window behind a curtain in a small alcove. It was too noisy outside to leave it open. The room and bed were satisfactory but there was a high step up to the bathroom where the lighting was poor, and toilet did not flush fully.

Well, it’s very old facility, and not cheap too. Beside that the coffee capsules are missing specifically in the morning when mostly needed.
The water wasn’t free even though we payed €120 per night ?!! The owner is stingy .

Rooms were clean, equiped with all what you need for stay. Very confortable bed, I slept like a baby. Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!

Great location right on the Gulf of Margellina.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is small but very clean and has everything one would need for a short stay. Very silent at night, but you might hear your neighbours behind closed doors.
Bad view if you don’t choose the sea view rooms.

Location was perfect, a nice and rather quiet area. Good food nearby. Bars.. and the bed was awesome ???
If you are at this location, I ABSOLUTELY recommend to you, to go eat at 50 Kalo nearby! The absolute best Pizza I have had in a long time!
The shower ? head was.. nearly unusable.. it urgently needs replacing!!!
The walls are super thin, and I probably had the worst luck but every single night there was a party happening until 2-4am.. Great ?As specially when you have an early flight and need to go up at 5am only to have the idiots partying all night long until 4am.. I sort of thanked them by being as loud as I could leaving the hotel in return... :3

The hotel is marketing as a boutique hotel but is in fact just one floor on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and very difficult to find.
Room as basic but clean.
No facilities to speak of at all even though it mentions that breakfast is available.

Super clean and right next to the sea !!! Amazing location next to one of the most iconic pizza places in Napoli . You just get out and walk next to the see , you see the castle and vesuvio Volcano . And Alessandro is super friendly and welcoming ! Great experience 100% recommended!

Comfortable, clean and well located on the promenade although a bit far from the city center. However the public transport - bus and under/overground railway was very close and efficient. The ferries to the islands were just across the road.

Very beautiful location closed to the sea & marina, quick and reliable support from the hotel administrator. Short distance to public transport ( bus @ metro).
Clean room and bathroom.
Broken shower cord and second light circuit ( mirror) in bathroom. But not claimed.
Quite long distance from city centre making less affordable the transfer by taxi on regular basis.

The location was great. Close to the habour and to the public transport. From the outside a good looking house.
Not clean, service sub par (nobody at the reception for most of the day), a lot of alibi services (coffee, seeting areas, etc). The entrance hall and the building was the worst.
