The good rating on every single platform speaks for itself ! Everything was outstanding, and this is mainly thanks to our amazing host (Patrizio, I think? )
- Hes been looking after us every morning, treating us with a lovely breakfast (huge cream filled croissant and round bread, coffee/selection of tea, lots of little jam and Nutella squares ).
- He speaks at least 3 languages (Italian,French and English) and did his best to accommodate us throughout the whole stay
- Offered to help us with our activities organisation (bus/train , advice on where to go or not)
- Bedroom was spotless on arrival, and then it was cleaned every day . The bed was so confortable too !
- The location is perfect . 5-10 min walk to almost everything (including bus stop/train station to go to vesuvio and pompei !). Its in a safe part of Naples too . We walked at night and its a touristy part of the city, so crowded and with security in place .
- The lift costs 5cts but thats ok as at the BnB entrance theres a pot with lots of 5cts coins, guests are free to use them.
- Finally, when I asked what would be the best way to go back to the airport, our host offered to prebook a taxi for us at a fixed price (low price compared to a normal taxi fare) and the taxi was there 10 min early and made us feel stress free on our way back which is much appreciated
My partner and I are planning to go back to Naples next year as we loved it so much and we would definitely stay there again if its available . In the meantime , I will highly recommend to stay in this BnB to anyone travelling there (couples, friends etc)

Honestly nothing ! Some people mentioned the lift which is a bit old fashioned, but this is out of the BnB control as it belongs to the building. Thanks for a good stay !

Ideal location, room was very nice and clean. Staff extremely helpful and very welcoming. However Wi-Fi shocking. No coffee or tea facilities at all. Lift very small and old only fits two people very tightly as on 8th floor.
No tea or coffee facilities. Very noisy at night due to a club very loud music at night if window kept open. Very small tv and no air con control in room.

The accommodation is ideally located. Very close to the bus terminal to and from the airport and very close to Via Toledo the most commercial street in Naples. The owner of the accommodation very hospitable and helpful. Definitely if I were to visit Naples again I would choose this for my stay.
Breakfast was very basic. It could have been a bit better with more options.

The property was clean and the manager attentive.
I would not recommend this area to solo travellers. It felt u safe at night time. I didnt go out at night. Also the walls were thin and I could hear the people next door in the bathroom.

It was comfortable and the metro helped to access most sight seeing trips. The large living area did give it a feel of space which was nice.

Patrick, was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped us immensely by preparing an itinerary detailing places to visit and directions and recommending suitable, local restaurants. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. This was a perfect place to stay for our four night break and we would definitely stay again if we visit the area.
Using the lift was an interesting experience

Super location with super-helpful owner who took time to make some great recommendations on where to visit. Large, comfortable bed and plenty of room. Appreciated the mosquito screen built into the window.
Very minor comment that we would prefer the shampoo and shower gel be in a dispenser or some sort of recyclable container rather than individual packets.
