nice ocean view and building that was in renovation. Tons of people passing by
small rooms, small service, poor very costly food on roofterrace. Loud noise from harbour during the night.

People are fantastic.
weather was great.
1.Naples has noclear signage at the airport,where is the Alibus stop.On the plane we were sprayed with insecticide with warning on the bottle that it will harm the nature.I didn't like it at all.There was no clear warning of it going to happen when I bought the ticket.I did not consent to it..
2.The way to the city centre goes through poor , brasilian type favelas.Devastating views.
3 Grand Hotel Vesuvio saw better times,still very posh and elegant , with 95%of the rooms overlooking the seaside.
Scenic.I got a side room with no view at all,on the side.
4.Breakfast in the morning was better than €160 surprise from chef at their 9th floor Michelin restaurant.This is not right.
5.Bathroom body lotion and soap scent and texture were very simple, basic, below the declared hotel level.
6.The mattress was too soft and I had back aches after the first night.
7.Naples itself is amazingly beautiful in the centre,terribly overcrowded with claustrophobically narrow streets,hectic cars parking and driving.

The service,the room,the lobby,restaurants and bar were just magnificent! We had a beautiful view of the sea from our spacious and well appointed room and anything that we needed in addition( which was not much) quickly arrived at our door. Our experience at this truly elegant hotel was simply extraordinary.
It is pricey but worth every . I am hard pressed to give any negative thoughts concerning our experience here.

Candy, cookies and gift were a nice surprise.
The sheets were terrible. Light stayed on in closet all night. Room was too small to fit luggage. The room needed to be updated. Shower leaked, floor was soaked.
