Wonderful
Beautiful Hotel, great location and very warm friendly staff. Breakfast room service amazing, a shout out to Fillipe, who made it a special experience everyday.
Did not have any bad experiences. I would stay there every time.

Pleasant
We visited the Solarium area as well as the restaurant and we found the staff's attitude distant and unpleasant.
Closing the pool, steam room ans sauna on Sundays is very frustrating and significantly reduces the value of the amenities we pay for.
I hope these feedbacks help to improve your service standards moving forward.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful & friendly staff.
All good. The communication with the hotel via booking.com was not very efficient so after booking I communicated directly with the hotel which was much better.

Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
The view
Spa and pool facilities - floors were wet and slippery. The pool was on a floor below and accessible via lift so not really plausible to enjoy a swim and a sauna together
