We loved this hotel! The location was amazing, the view was beautiful, and the room was great. Breakfast was delicious, much richer than a typical European breakfast and absolutely worth it during our 3-night stay. The staff parked our car for us, which was convenient, though the cost was a little high.
Reception was fine overall, though it was difficult to reach them by phone only one of my seven calls was answered, so I ended up going down to the desk for help. Parking was a bit pricey as well, and it would be nice if the €30 daily fee were included with the room. Other than these small inconveniences, our stay was lovely.

Its calm area, beautiful view, short walk will lead you to the main tourist area.
The breakfast would be better to include more fresh fruits and juices.

Beautiful, old but very well renovated. Close to the city center.
There were public works in the street, and that made traffic a bit messy.

Classic luxury hotel that is slightly dated, but still very nice. Nice size room with quality fixtures. Beautiful breakfast area and nice selection. They prepared a to go breakfast when we told them we had to leave at 3:30AM. Staff every professional and attentive. Great restaurants walking distance. Taxi stand right next to hotel and the staff will get you one instantaneously. They allowed us to check-in at 12 noon which is unusual these days.
The city is doing improvements in the area which will be nice when completed. (streets and castle)

Location was spectacular, right on the esplanade! The hotel was fabulous, clean and well maintained and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of food. Staff were super friendly and helpful
