Concierge and Front Desk were very good.
Food was good, service in the restaurant was terrible. We had to request basic things multiple times and even requesting a wine list required three requests and took 30 minutes.

A beautiful, well maintained property with excellent amenities. The concierge service is nothing short of exceptional. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.
Breakfast service has problems with order management.

The views from the room and restaurant were very good.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, it is a very nice building.
The breakfast was very good and complete.
The staff was very nice and helpful, answering every request.
The bathroom had some hair in the shower, not what you’d expect from a five star hotel.
When we arrived nobody was at the front door to assist with the luggages (family traveling with a baby so we had quite a lot) but when the staff realized guests were arriving they came and were very helpful.
The restaurant (non michelin starred) was kind of overpriced for what we ate at diner, the lasagnas were average at best, so were the vongole. When in Napoli you expect good food, especially in such a place, any restaurant would have served the same at half the price (not as fancy of a venue obviously but what is in the plate matters).

The view from the terrace restaurant was incredible, although I would describe some of the service as good, not great. Staff around the hotel are excellent however.
Location is good, but still a bit of a walk from metro station. Classic rooms have a view of a cliff wall, and balconies are not big enough for chairs and table.
