My stay was exceptional, especially the staff and their service. Amazing views from the dining room and the terrace - I stayed only one night and will definitely come back. I accidentally left an item behind and the staff was very helpful and prompt in arranging a FedEx delivery. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Very Good
We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were excellent throughout, particularly the gentleman working in the sixth-floor restaurant with the terrace, whose service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were very good.
My only real criticism was the pricing of drinks. Before dinner, our boys ordered three Coke Zeros on the rooftop terrace and the bill came to €42 – €14 for a 250ml bottle. A Negroni was also €22. I fully expect premium prices at a five-star hotel, but these felt excessive even by the standards of luxury hotels in London, Dubai or across Europe. It gave the impression that guests were being overcharged rather than paying a fair premium for the setting.
Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel. If the pricing policy were a little more reasonable, it would have been close to faultless.

Property is amazing and staff exceptional especially the doormen Gigi and Luigi we only stayed 1 night and came back for another night and they remembered our names and what we liked etc absolutely fantastic . Rooms are well equipped.
Classic standard rooms very small and not enough space for luggage or more than 1 person especially in the bathroom and if you have more than 1 bags.
