Great friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic! The location can't be beat!
We were on the 8th floor and we could hear the commotion as stuff was being set up on the 9th floor for the bar/breakfast area. Way too much noise from the moving tables. The bed was alright but we've slept on more comfortable beds elsewhere

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Close to the metro station.
Some of the reception staff was off putting. I do not speak Italian but it was very clear they were talking about me. And my impression was it wasn’t positive.

So many things were broken and falling apart in the room. From door hinges to lamps . It was shocking how many things were hanging by a thread.

Perfect location. Walk right out and a block away you are in Toledo with so many restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful and bartenders in the rooftop bar were exceptional.

Staff was very, very kind and accommodating. We stayed only one night for a stop-over, and it did the job for the pricepoint.
The room was not clean, had half-used soap bottle, dust and a mark from someone killing a bug on the wall. Clearly was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in which made me feel uneasy.

Location, staff are wonderful. Reception staff are very helpful. Breakfast room and selection of food are great too.
There was no TV channel in English. Some news channels in English could be a nice touch. I think rooms need some maintenance and renovation. But these are minor issues, we enjoyed our stay.
