The location is great placed, in historical city center , close to turist attractions and great restaurants.
Gino was very nice host, helpful and willing to make our staying as much as confortable possibile, answering to all our questions.

It was ( double room ) it wasnt written , walk in shower woow wasnt there and to small.. shared place two other people there that we didn’t know about and they also.. very rude at the end from the owner

The host, Gino could not have been sweeter or more attentive. Gino was so accommodating, putting in every effort possible. The host was amazing, the suite and location, however was disappointing.
The location of the suite - I imagined lots of people, I did not expect speeding birt bikes, motorcycles, cars and honking and yelling til after 2 am every night. It was very loud (& I wear ear plugs when I travel).
The kitchen was good, the bedroom upstairs was small with slanted ceilings, you couldn’t stand straight up, especially in the bathroom I had to stoop to sit down to use the toilet and I’m only 5’3”!! The bathroom stand up shower appeared to have mould on the outside near the floor and the beds (twin beds) were so uncomfortable that when my friend returned home and I stayed a night on my own before my other friend arrived - I took her comforter an doubled it up to sleep on top of it to not feel the hard springs in my back. It is also a shared suite - you climb the stairs (steep stairs that are definitely not up to code) and there is another bedroom there that is rented out, so you are actually sharing the suite (entry, kitchen and little loveseat area). Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, but everything else is shared. The couple who showed up after me to rent the second bedroom were not happy with the accommodations, she yelled at him that the accommodations Gino is such a lovely host and person, but the suite….. I feel it needs a lot of work, starting with new beds and a new shower/renovated bathroom.

WHAT A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
I booked a WHOLE APARTMENT and have confirmation in writing from Booking.com that's what I booked.
Paid by bank transfer the morning of our arrival as Gino insisted on cash and I couldn't access my money that day.
We discovered after coming back to the apartment another bedroom with a double bed (we had been given a room with 2 single beds and I thought that was the only room). When I ask to use the double room at 7pm he said no as another 2 people were arriving!
He rented out the other room without our knowledge.
No hot water to shower discovered at 11.16pm.
He comes in at 12.20am banging on our door to get up and go to the balcony to turn on hot water for the other guests! Then comes into our room whilst we are in bed. I could go on.
He is now messaging and abusing me as I have demanded a refund from Booking.com which he has refused as we slept in the bed, used towels and gas. I couldn't even shower!
The advertisement has now been changed to show that you are renting a room only. I HAVE THE OLD ADVERTISEMENT AND CONFIRMATION.

Wonderful
It was a very cute style room with a balcony! The aircon worked well. Host was friendly and met us at the place to let us in and go through everything.
There is a staircase up to the room with very narrow steps but the host helped us take the cases up (just to be aware). Maybe if you sleep lightly it’s right above a street with restaurants but it’s not too bad

Flower House offers suberb accommodation in the heart of Naples. From the beautiful ornamental gate you enter a house that is clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We had a great week and were neighbours with Caravaggio! The owner - always friendly and helpful, Thank you Gino!

Disappointing
The host was fantastic! He was quick to fix a broken shower rose and was very available whenever we needed anything. The property was very clean and in a prime location. Was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Wifi was good also. Host kindly upgraded us to the master room which was much larger then the smaller room. The other room had smokers which was smelt throughout the entire property, he was quick to spray and sort it out. Was sufficient for our short stay.
The rooms don't feel secure as they are indoor sliding doors with no dead lock, and no safe. Would be fine if your a group of 4 booking the entire place, but as a travelling couple with other people in the other room it would have given some peace of mind. Hot water goes on and off throughout a short shower, very hot to very cold. Wouldn't recommend it for tall people either as the rooms are quite small and stairs are steep with low ceiling height. Beds in need of replacement. Breakfast is just pre packed croissants and make yourself coffee. All in all it was all bearable but just some feedback for the host and future guests :)

The location is excellent. Via dei Tribunali is just alive with shops, people, restaurants and churches. Christmas Alley is just around the corner. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Very Good
The Flower House is very central in the historic center of Naples, you will find a lot of small shops and restaurants and cafés in the area. Everything was clean and the access was easy thanks to the instructions of the host.
You have to keep in mind that the city is very busy, also at night. Even with the window closed it was very noisy, so I would recommend ear plugs. And don’t expect too much of the breakfast. Still, all in all we are happy with the price-performance-ratio!

The location was good, being right near the train station and close to restaurants and sights. This is an Airbnb and the host was very responsive.
The street it is on is very loud, till late into the night. The doors to the rooms are very thin with a tiny lock, some people may feel insecure about this. It also says there is breakfast included- this is not true, in a cupboard there is instant coffee with grocery store boxed croissants.. (don’t expect breakfast).
