Located in the water. Majestic hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Lovely balcony rooms overlooking Bay of Naples.
Construction on embacadero. Awful passing while walking. Call to see if it’s completed.

You can just feel the history of this place, well mantained, stunning views and location, amazing staff and clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Napoli.

Wonderful location with and exeptional view of the Bay of Naples. Our room met any expectations you can imagine and the breakfast setting is stunning.

The Hotel Excelsior is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views and a building full of old-world charm. We especially loved the complimentary rooftop bubbles/happy hour, which was a perfect touch while we were taking in the scenery. Service throughout our stay was fantastic. Also, loved the closet and bathroom size! Highly recommend!
It was definitely on the pricier side relative to some comparable hotels in the area, so that is something to consider if budget is an issue, but the special touches and amenities really made it worth it in my opinion.

Location, as a repeat customer we expected a similar experience with the property.
Internet was very poor connection, electronic access to rooms was a disaster it required a frequent return to the front desk for replacement. Garage fees were double than quoted.

I asked for soft pillows via message to the hotel they were hard and very uncomfortable the reception man called Alexandro was very abrupt and short not meeting the expectations of a customer service gentleman overall location is great and roof bar ok but the rooms need a complete refurbishment old and dated

The location, the view, and the room all exceeded my expectations. My family and I were truly impressed by the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the staff.
We stayed on the 5th floor and experienced unstable Wi-Fi in our room. I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, and she immediately offered to resolve it by upgrading our room. However, my family chose to decline since we were already comfortable with the sea-view room.
