Incredible views and beautiful balcony. Very convenient location.
Staff were very friendly - we loved Giorgio on reception. They could not have been nicer.
Comfortable but rather old fashioned rooms and the wifi was out for two days of our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, antique-style hotel in Naples. The staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a spacious room with a stunning sea and castle view. Everything was clean and elegant, and the breakfast was excellent — fresh options with a breathtaking view over the bay. I also really appreciated the welcome drink on the terrace when I arrived. The whole experience felt relaxing and special — highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

the hotel was beautiful, marble floor to ceiling. The food was lovely, the location great and the staff were helpful and friendly
The bedroom walls must have been made of paper, you could hear everything in the room next door. i stayed in a suite and you expect something better than that.
