Stunning “old world Nice”. Quiet hotel, quiet location so very close to seafront restaurants/bars (say 209 metres walk max). Town centre is, say, 750 metres below the very straightforward to get to. Roadworks on front were very quiet while we were there. Reception staff excellent as were concierge. Taxi to ferry port EUR 25 incl 2 cases.
Nothing. Didn’t have breakfast, didn’t use the bar or rooftop bar so can’t comment on those.

We have stayed before, so check in was easy. Location of the hotel is excellent.
Staff is very courteous. Breakfast on the roof terrace is enjoyable , view of Naples.
We have stayed before, and find that the hotel works well.
I would suggest 'no smoking' at all, even on the terrace. Should be a NO SMOKING policy , period.

We had an amazing time at this hotel.
Exceptional customer centric 5 star hotel.
The Consierge, front of house staff, desk and bell boys and housekeeping were superb
The restaurant was spectacular. The breakfast, lunch, dinner hospitality staff were fantadtic providing us with luxury 5 star service.
Food, wine and views were amazing
First class service everday.
They were professional, caring and respectful servers to everyone. The experience was amazing to see people love their jobs with such attention to detail and attentiveness to the clients and to each other.
Team work was exceptonal.
Every person working there provided us with the highest exceptional 5 star luxury services.
Thank you to all of you for making our stay phenomenal.

Once upon a time this would have been a lovely hotel, but now it’s tired and looks dated.
It has not been modernised. Old and tired looking and things didn’t all quite work properly.

The view from the room was magnificent. However, the openings were rather small and you could not enjoy from inside.
The location had pros and cons. A safe, upscale neighbourhood at the seafront, but a bit far from the centre. Still many possibilities for cafes and restaurants.
There were constructions on the cross road to reach the hotel. A distance of 500 m became a 15min drive.
