Location away from main busy centre breakfast buffet was excellent
Where to start? Room: no lights working on arrival and lights completely out overnight (it was impossible to see) We were asked to pack our bags next morning to be moved to another- which was not a double bed but two singles put together with a gap. The shower was not working and only a hand held one that sprayed everywhere The towels were left in a state and a bra strap and tissues left in the bath (they were not mine) See photo Someone knocked on our door at 7pm asking if we wanted new towels - an unnecessary intrusion. Staff: on entry a female member of staff looked up at us and did not smile or acknowledge us - although dining staff were better. Decor - jaded and the stairs up to the terrace were worn and dirty One star based on price- absolutely not worth the money and I would not recommend. As a 3 star perhaps my review would carry more stars.

This hotel was amazing. It was beautiful. Had a great location. Amazing views!!! The suite was perfect for our needs. We were three people traveling together and we needed another bed in the room. The room was big and it had two bathrooms which made it so much easier for us. The staff was so helpful and accommodating
There was not one thing that was bad about this hotel. It was so grand.

Wonderful
Elegant hotel in beautiful location with excellent staff. We have stayed here many times and keep returning because of the service, location and elegance and class of the historic hotel.
Rooms getting a little tired with air conditioning and electrical options needing upgrade. Still elegant, grand and beautiful.
