Fantastic location in the old town only a few minutes from the centre. The apartments were spotlessly clean. Riccardo and Piero were really helpful and responsive.

The father who checked us in was delightful and very informative
The key situation is annoying. Very difficult to use
The heater didn’t work and I was asked to fix it myself. It should have been checked and in working order before our arrival.
Towels were only given in the downstairs bathroom and we had to share them until I asked for more
While the location was good the noise level at all hours was hard

Our stay in the Deluxe Triple Room was absolutely fantastic! The location is a true gem for anyone looking to explore Naples—it’s close to everything, making it the safest, most convenient, and overall best spot in the city for a visit. We felt completely at ease, and after seeing all of Naples, I can say without hesitation that this was the ideal location.
The host’s father, who took the time to show us around and mark interesting points on the map, was so helpful and welcoming. He was more than happy to answer our questions and made us feel very taken care of. The room itself was lovely and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and comfortable space to come back to each evening.
A special mention to the honesty and kindness of the hosts: I accidentally left my wallet behind, and they immediately notified me, sending photos of its contents to confirm everything was intact. Arranging to get it back was smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples—it truly made our trip!

Riccardo was a great host. Our travel plans changed several times due to flight cancellations and he was responsive and did his best to help us rearrange everything. The apartment was very well presented and clean, and it is in a great location within walking distance of the city centre and transport links.
The beds in the twin room are not the most comfortable.

Very cute place, spacious, and clean. We loved that we had two separate bathrooms.
The host was wonderful. He let us in a bit earlier so we could leave our luggage and gave us a lot of tips which landmarks we should visit and restaurants to eat at.
Great place for a family of 4 or two couples.
I would advise adding an induction cooktop stove or toaster/air fryer oven.
The place doesn't have a living room. The only place for people outside bedtooms is a small kitchen space, which was not an issue for us.

The location was ideal, in the very center of the city. There is everything you might need while traveling nearby and all locations can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and very pleasant. The house is incredibly beautiful, you can see the neighboring yard from the window. And Riccardo is a kind and very responsive person, he was constantly in touch with me if I had any questions. I am absolutely happy that I chose this place for my vacation.
No negative emotions. Everything was good.
