From literally minutes after I made this booking, until we left, the entire process was very easy, very friendly and very efficient. Mila is an excellent host. The apartment itself is in a great location, so close everything, and yet when you are in it, it is quiet and lovely and very safe.

Absolutely nice apartment. Atmosphere all over the place is very welcome. Apartment is suited near subway which is very important..The place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location. Very close to the historic center and the subway station. The building made us feel safe. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful.
The shower did not work properly, it was either freezing or burning hot.

Very comfortable apartment in a secure building. The location is a short walk to the metro, sites and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and made some detailed suggestions and was ready to help with any questions. There is a lift but a handful of stairs before you reach it. The apartment and bed were very comfortable with everything we needed. Would stay here again.
The bathroom plumbing ran hit and cold but overall was manageable.

Great location, clean apartment, great host, quiet apartment, lots of tips and places to visit from the host. Host checked on us if we had all we needed, heat etc. Lift up to the apartment also worked well with a buggy.

We loved everything about this flat, Mila our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay, the flat was spotlessly clean, the location is perfect, near the central station, the underground, the airport bus and the port for day trips to Procida (fantastic island). The flat is also on the same street as the Cathedral and treasure and a stone through away from the best pizza in Naples. Absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Naples.

Great communication from Mila before and during our stay and also Carmine who met us with the keys was also really helpful. Comfortable apartment with lots of storage, good facilities and great location for the metro and airport bus. Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

Great apartment, great location.
We had all the information in advance how to get there and what to see in Naples - really thanks for that.
We travelled with friends, therefore a separate bed linen could have been more comfortable.

Mila's very nice, helpful with useful information etc. She was very kind & let us check in early and left our luggage after the check out.
The apartment is in a nice quiet location and convenient to get around on foot or Metro. There are several local shops, cafés & restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
We had access to a washing machine a real plus point.
Overall we were happy with our stay.
The mattress is a bit soft for us and the aircon is a bit noisy.

Great location for getting around. Host and doorman where so helpful. Nice big bedrooms and comfy beds.
Streets below are pretty noisy and the garbage trucks in the middle of the night are disruptive.
