The room was clean. Very good breakfast.
The air conditioning is paid. We were charged additional 5€/night for using the AC. The location is far from the metro station with no connectivity from the public transport. You have to walk for 15 mins.

very clean, fresh coffee for breakfast, excellent hospitality, and helpful host.
It was cold. They said, because of regulations they cannot turn on the radiator in November. They just turned it on one day among 4 days of our stay. There was some noise from the street.

Family owned, Pepe and his parents were lovely and very high sense of hospitality. Stadium Diego Armando Maradona is a walking distance and places to eat and get cafe too.
