Close to Centro Storico, good air conditioning, breakfast was OK.
Noisy at night, bathroom set up was not good. Shower leaked, the toilet flush mechanism was not smart.

Central location to all of Naples great spots to eat and drink. Walking distance to the harbour and metro. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Great value for money!

Wonderful
Helpful front desk staff, quiet room despite location on busy street (5th floor), walkable to port and Spanish quarter, the complimentary breakfast looked good but didn't have time to try it.
On our floor (5th), be aware that after taking the elevator you may have to go up or down a few stairs to reach your room

Breakfast was adequate, coffee was great. Location was very good for the centro storico. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very popular with European travellers. There was also a supermarket next door.
The room was very tiny, no room to manoeuvre.

Location was good very near everything. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Taxi drivers in Napoli overcharge. The staff made sure they booked a taxi for us going to the train station so that we will be charged fairly. Breakfast was good. Bar offered a good selection of drinks.
Room was small especially the bathroom. It was tough to take a shower given the small space.

nice attention from the front desk, helpful with information regards excursions and also let me leave my luggage even before check in time since I had an excursion earlier. Also great attention from the 2 employees at the breakfast, very nice and polite. I also appreciate the services that you can find at a hotel, as Italy is full of B&B and RBNBs i prefer the professional attention and amenities that you can find at a hotel ( as safety box, early or late check in, luggage storage, etc )
the bed was not in good shape, lying on one side. i let the front desk know and they promised to check.
