It’s a nice place inside, you have complimentary snacks and coffee, it’s also very centric and with many restaurants and bars nearby. Emanuela is very attentive and responds fast.
The publication mentioned they have a parking garage, they do not as it is on a ZTL (limited traffic zone) so you have to park on a paid parking (25-35 € a day) and walk 15mins to the hotel.. keep this in mind if you have big luggage as the city streets are not flat. It’s also on the very last floor of the building and there’s no elevator, so my advice is if you have a car, pack a smaller bag and leave the rest in the trunk.

Friendly staff and great location.
The accommodation is on the fourth floor, steep stairs. Without a lift, it’s quite a climb.

The location was excellent. The room and reception were very clean, comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. The provided self-serve coffee (pods) was good.
The only megatives were that it is on the fourth floor with no lift, and the provided breakfast were processsed pre-packaged snacks.

Very clean room, great facilities. Emanuela was extremely kind and helpful, even at late hours. She was able to accomodate us for early check-in and provided help with booking a taxi to the airport for our leave! Really good location, while in the city we were able to walk to all the main attractions in 10-40 minutes!

Great stay in Rome! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was super friendly and accommodating. We also loved the charming atmosphere of the place — can’t wait to return!

The location was very central and well connected. Although the building - which is not showed in the photo album - is not particularly nice, the B&B itself is tidy and clean. Availability of water / biscuits in the hall was a nice touch. Staff was very helpful in helping us reach the location and giving us advice on restaurants / else.
The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. Lack of lift is not ideal.

The property is very well located, super clean and have all facilities. The owner is nice, always accessible and mindful. There is coffee, water, cake available all time. When I needed to book a taxi or needed recommendations she was always here to help. Great experience!

Great value for money at a fantastic location for us - with just 24 hours to stay in Napoli and wanting to make the best of it.
And the host was lovely and very helpful
Indeed 4 flights of stairs, but we read about it before and were totally fine with it, so it wasn’t a surprise.
